Ty was my 1st contact. He did a great job determining the systems I needed and explained in detail why. He also explained the cost, rebates, warranty, and more. He came by during the job to check on things. Holly was my instillation lead. She was great. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Her assistants were Nick and Alex (l think). Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this team and Dash to others.

Outstanding end-to-end service. The office staff was very polite and professional and answered many questions. Ty came out the next day and did a thorough evaluation of our home to calculate the necessary load, including measurements and vent counting. I was familiar with Lennox and probably had more questions than other customers, but Ty was very patient and answered all of my questions as well as getting teammates involved back at the office.
There was no hard sell, and we discussed pro/cons of annual servicing, replacing 1 vs. all 3 systems. The proposals were clear and the office and Jimmy were extremely responsive to additional questions regarding rebates/incentives, payment options, and technical questions. The proposals were significantly less expensive than 3 other companies here in Little Rock, including "bundled" discounts from others if we replaced all 3 systems at the same time.
We elected to replace all 3 systems because of rebates, and to avoid likely higher costs and longer waits during the summer, especially since each system was 17 years old. On the install day, 3 team members came out, all of whom were courteous and professional, and everything was done within 8 hours. The office also made rebate submission extremely simple. Post-installation communication has also been excellent.
Very happy with the product, pricing, and every person that I have communicated with at Dash. I choose Dash initially given the positive interactions I had with their staff but can honestly say now the installation was great. James Blaydes

I wanted to thank the DASH employees who installed our 2 new AC units around 4/16/24. Nylel, Bo and Kenny did a great job and were very professional. Also thanks to Dan who set up the installations. Then a week later we got a new hot water heater, all good.

Had Dash H&A come out for general service on the AC unit to start the season, and to look at an issue that we've had since our H&A system was installed in 2019. Every year during freezing temperatures the condensation line freezes and we have no heat. We've spent hundreds of dollars for insulation and tape in the past with no solution. Dash is looking into this for us and will get back. Job well done so far. Dalton covered all the bases and explained everything.

Wesley did a great job. I explained to him that I'd had trouble in the last day or two with no voltage at an outlet. I told him that my friend did come to help me try to track it down, and we ran into a similar problem before of a ground fault indicator plug down in the basement, but he simply took the top off of the heat pump and quickly was able to show that the compressor had gone out. I called my homeowner's insurance and notified them of the problem.

I've had routine maintenance performed on my furnace and AC unit by Dash. This is complimentary if you sign up for the Dash Club and pay a low monthly fee. The technicians were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Justin was very sweet with my dog who doesn't always take kindly to strangers! Just an added perk there. I plan to switch over to Dash for their plumbing services because of my great experiences with the HVAC services. Thank you!

I was pleased with the notifications received before the technician arrived. That was helpful for planning as well as security. He arrived only a few minutes before the end of the expected time, which was acceptable but not great, but he was thorough, careful to not track anything into the house, and pleasant all around. It was a pleasure to meet him. He presented as knowledgeable and although I cannot attest to that at this time, I have every expectation that the work was performed well.

I had something wonky with my plumbing and Dash came out to check on the issue the day after calling their office. Thankfully, Dash was able to figure out and pinpoint the issue in a short amount of time for a reasonable cost. I received professional service from both the office staff and the plumber.

I had both heating/air and plumbing services done. Both teams showed up on time and quickly completed the work. All of the plumbing technicians (Bo and his helper) were professional, polite and respectful. I received a clear, detailed estimate for the plumbing services before work began. Also received a clear understanding that the office staff will follow up this week to schedule the water heater portion of my service. Heating/air technician, Wes was able to locate and fix my problem quickly without a need for parts (it was a disconnected line preventing the unit from working). Very professional and knew how to fix my furnace. Will continue to use DASH in the future and recommend them to those that ask for companies to use.

Todd was great! He helped us understand what was truly going on with our heating system and the options that we had to repair or replace it.
