Matt and Dan were great, and the estimate (based on house sqft) was right on. They spent a few minutes explaining the process, then spent the better part of an entire day here meticulously cleaning the entire HVAC system. Highly recommend!

Parker was amazing! Uncloggrdour double clogged dryer vent (in the wall) quickly and was very informative. He noticed a fire hazard on our NEW dryer that _______ store installed incorrectly and gladly put the proper piece on. Also and probably the BIGGEST thing, he noticed an Autism decal on my car when he was coming in and very politely mentioned it and asked if everyone inside was ok with him running the vaccume. As a mom with an autistic child that was EVERYTHING to me. We will absolutely be using PreVent again and will request Parker specifically!

Love the guys that came out, they went above and beyond on what they are doing, showing before and after pictures. They also checked my dryer as well and noticed that the hose I have wasn't not safe for my dryer and wouldn't hold smother a firer. They also showed me some vents that were very disgusting which was changed out with two new vents. I feel confident that im breathing fresh air

I am giving Prevent Cleaning Services 5 stars. Their technicians, Matthew and Gregg, arrived on time. They were courteous and efficient and went about their business professionally. They showed me before and after pictures of the duct work they had cleaned. They were careful with the furniture they moved and they cleaned up any mess that was created before they left.

Very professional and quick in setting up appointment. I love that they give before and after pictures at your time of service. I was quoted one price over the phone but because it wasn't as congested I was charged a lower price. Thank you for not taking advantage of the situation. Came early & really did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vent out. Our dryer vent goes across house before existing outside so not a easy job but he did a great job. I will definitely keep them in file for future cleanings and tell my neighbors about them. Thank you for responding so quickly!

After 25 years, I finally had my duct work cleaned. The amount of dirt and dust in the vents was unbelievable! We called PreVent to have our dryer vent checked out. We have lived in our home almost 5 years and have never cleaned it. Parker came out and let us know that our ducts were not up to code and were clogged. He gave us a great price and warranty to replace them to bring it up to code. He had the materials on hand so he was able to do it right there. It was such an easy process and money well spent knowing we are less at risk for a dryer fire.
