I came here to buy an office chair for my home office. Tim was good enough to meet me on a Saturday evening. They had a good selection of office chairs available, and Tim was very friendly and helpful. We are new to the area, so this place was a bit hard to find. It's on the third floor of an old textile warehouse and is only accessible by stairs. However, it was DEFINITELY worth the climb! I can't say enough for the service and the wide variety of products that are available--and at greatly reduced prices over what one would pay "new." Tim, the owner's son, was knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to help us locate just the right filing cabinets.

He has an infectious personality and an incredible memory for what's in stock and what's coming soon. We were worried how we would get our purchases home and up to the second level of our house, but we shouldn't have given it a second thought. Within hours, Tim and his "muscle, " Tyrell, arrived at our house and put all three file cabinets in place.
