We had an Excellent experience with Home Platinum Services (and its owner Nima Niazi) to update our recently acquired home in Allen, Texas. The project proposal process was straightforward, thorough and reasonably priced. They also accommodated several reasonably priced change orders during the project. Nima's experience with custom home construction and remodeling is extensive and he offered invaluable advice on options/selections during the project.

Nima and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated how much Nima and his team cared about the quality of their work. They did an excellent job on everything we asked for, from wallpaper removal, to retexturing/painting the walls, and installing a barn door and new ceiling fan. We'd definitely hire them again!

We used Home Platinum Services LLC for our home remodeling projects - converting bath to shower, updating our fireplace, installing drywall and French doors in our home office. From start to finish, we had nothing but the best experience working with Home Platinum Services. Nima and his crews were professional, punctual and courteous. I had a mold situation in my kitchen, living room and bathroom the root cause of which was a dishwasher that was leaking. As it was a big project and my first experience with a general contractor, I realized I had to do a lot of homework before I chose the right person. Compared to the effort and research that I had put in to find a mold inspector and mold remediation company, the effort involved in finding an excellent general contractor like Nima was substantial.
I had practically read each and every review of the three contractors that I had shortlisted. Nima is excellent in many aspects - speed of communication, providing solutions and options. He patiently answered many questions that I and my wife had before and during the project. He communicated with my insurance company and negotiated well to get me what was needed to get the project done.
He has an excellent team that has worked with him for many years. I also got some remodeling done at my cost during the project and so the entire project ended up involving a lot of professionals - kitchen cabinets, wood flooring all over my home, bath remodel - converting bathtub to walk-in shower, painting multiple rooms, can lights in the master bedroom, converting electric stovetop to gas stovetop and of course replacing my old dishwasher. Nima and his team completed the entire work ahead of schedule.
At a time when most projects get delayed and overshoot the budget, Nima finished the work before time and within budget. There were many times that Nima visited my home to monitor and review the work progress. We have received many compliments for the hardwood floors that I got installed. I know that any future home remodeling that I do will involve Nima. Nima is one of the best professionals I have worked with to date.

We chose Home Platinum Services over 2 other bids primarily because Nima clearly has control and accountability over his team. He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. The main reason I am providing HPS with a 5 star review is the amount of communication from Nima and his team.
There were no "missed calls not returned" or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. There was zero worry about them not showing up, taking money and running, etc. Nima ensured total satisfaction prior to "completing the job". I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for.
They are not "cheap" but their pricing is in line with other vendors for similar projects. It is a you get what you pay for story. If you are hesitant about bringing a contractor into your home, do consider this company.

I cannot thank Nima at Home Platinum Services enough. He remodeled my house after damage from winter storm Uri in 2021. The house was an absolute mess and Nima remodeled it and restored it to look even better than it did before. He was always available to answer questions and took any concerns I had into consideration. He was also amenable to any changes that I wanted to make even though the scope of the project changed over time.
He was also great with recommending colors and coordinating the look of the house. Finally, I want to mention that the Nima was great during an extremely trying time and major disaster in the Dallas area. Again, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

Hands down, Nima and his team are the best! My wife and I would highly recommend him and plan to work with him on all future projects. Nima is professional, thoughtful, responsive, and delivers a great end product. He takes great pride in his work and you can feel confident that the work will be done right. I am very particular and in the details so when I say Nima and his team do great work, I mean everything, down to the smallest details are done to perfection.
If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

We live in CA but have a rental property in Plano, TX. Recently there was a flood caused by a backed up sewer line under the slab leading to flooring damage. After receiving the quote from our insurance I looked for a few additional quotes and am so happy we found Nima at Home Platinum Services. Being remote is already difficult but this process was seamless. Nima is so professional and responsive with emails, phone calls and texts we felt like we didn't miss a thing. Nima and his team went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance directly and making sure to care for our property.
Even our tenant got in touch multiple times to let us know how amazing this team was and what they did to make sure things got done properly. Always on time, respectful and professional. On top of it all the price Nima was able to offer wasn't just competitive it was amazingly affordable considering the quality of the work. Nima worked with us on the budget provided by the insurance helping us to navigate those waters and limit our out of pocket exposure. I can't speak highly enough of Nima and the team at Home Platinum. We have multiple rental properties in Plano and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Nima from the beginning was professional. He listened and was patient while my wife and I tried to make up our minds on the project. Once we started the project Nima had the subs working very efficiently. There was not a day that the work was not being done. I was most impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. It took five weeks to complete everything.
That was exactly what Nima told us it would take. The cost was what we agreed on and no major up charges. I would highly recommend using Home Platinum Services to anyone who wants nice, professional, efficient, upfront, and truthful. I will use him again if I do other upgrades to my house.

We have used Home Platinum Services twice in the last couple of months. First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. Nima and his crew were super professionals, exactly as advertised on most of the reviews.
He had an answer to all of our request and was willing to work with us always taking seriously our opinion. They were knowledgeable of the task they were performing, and most importantly, responsible. We will definitely recommend them to whoever needs their services and we will use them again in the future if needed.

The overall responsiveness, workmanship and professionalism displayed by Nima and his team during a challenging time was outstanding. He finished the job earlier than scheduled, with outstanding workmanship and attention to all the numerous details we wanted with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. In addition, what was most impressing was he was able to accomplish all of this during a challenging time when the cost of materials was astronomical and the availability scarce. We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.
Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his crew were very respectful of our home and kept the house as clean and neat as possible. Nima was at our home every day to check on the progress and communicated very well throughout the process and stayed on time and within budget. Not only would we recommend Home Platinum Services, we plan to use him again for future projects.

Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

We have had 3 remodels done in hour house before engaging with Nima to a major remodel of our kitchen and downstairs living areas. Our experience with Nima has been the best of all our remodels. Others were good, but with Nima it was different. Starting from his bid, which was very detailed and thorough, his timeliness, his professionalism, attention to detail was all excellent.
Both my wife and I appreciate his keen eye and ability to visualize how the finished room would look. This helped us a lot in finalizing material and color choices. He was good at suggesting modifications in line with our liking and quick to rule out modifications that would either not end well or were not worth the expense. And in spite of all the mods that we ended making to the original plan, he was able to deliver the finished house back to us on schedule.

We had a flooding bathroom upstairs and could not decide to which contractor we should entrust the project. We picked up Home Platinum Services because of their good reviews and because of the confidence we felt about Nima after we talked to him. Well, we were not disappointed. Nima was very attentive to our questions and concerns, gave his professional opinions and suggestions while not pushy.
The crews were polite and efficient, progresses were right on schedules. We were so delighted with the new bathroom that later we hired Nima's team for gutter and floor refinishing around the house. Overall we are happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the jobs and would use Home Platinum Services again in the future should need arises.

When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. Immediately, we chose Home Platinum Services, because they adequately assessed our home for comparable pricing, they were timely in providing the quote, and the owner, Nima, was quickly responsive via text or email at all times (a rarity among contractors).
Our job was not an easy one - total renovation of flooring, kitchen, all bathrooms, paint, and plumbing. Nima and his crew were efficient, professional, and clean. They were detail-oriented and respectful of our space. Corrections and touch-ups were met with a quick response, rather than excuses or delays. Nima came to the house every day during the extensive work periods to review the work with the crew.
He even helped to adjust to our schedules, and we were able to get work done on some weekends, even around the holidays. He helps make stylish recommendations when asked for his opinion, and even after the work was completed, he helps to provide us with references for other services we may need around the house. We would definitely use Home Platinum Services again.

I recently used Home Platinum Services and Nima Niazi for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. It was a sizeable project but Nima and the crew from HPS were up for the task. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, professionalism and speed with which HPS completed the job. They came in, with minimum invasion, tore out the old bathroom, and built a masterpiece in its place.
They finished it at least two weeks early to boot. The entire process was painless. Nima was on top of every detail; helping with the selection of materials and design aspects, to the fixtures, he did it all. On top of being one of the nicest persons, you will ever meet. Additionally, my wife threw some smaller projects in the house his way while the crews were doing the main job and he got those completed as well.
I genuinely believe you will not find a better remodel company in the entire Metroplex. Price is not the most important factor in our decision to select a remodel company; still, HPS beat everyone else in that category as well. We have a few more projects we want finished and we have found our remodel company. Nima and HPS will be the only company we will use from here on out. We had extensive water damage in our kitchen and living room. We hired Home Platinum Services to do the repair and have been delighted with their work. The scope of repair was significant but Nima and his crew handled it with ease. They were very responsive and timely. I also always got the sense that they were dealing with me honestly, which is very important. Their pricing was also reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them or to use them again.

Nima and his team did a fantastic job remodeling one of our bathrooms from a tub to shower as well as replacing counter tops in two others. The Home Platinum Services team is very thorough, professional and courteous. Nima does an excellent job of answering any questions, stays on top of the project throughout and is easily accessible via cell phone. Great job overall. I would highly recommend for any project!

Home Platinum Services took exceptional care of my home and did a spectacular job in record time. We had our fireplace redesigned, a cabinet remodeled, a TV mounted, and a few lights installed in our kitchen. Everything was done well and very, very quickly. I appreciated the attention to detail as well as the considerate attention the workers had with my baby and caregiver in the home while they were working.
