Great experience working with SlopePro. Truly professional team. The representative, Austin Gregory, made the process easy from start to finish. We filed an insurance claim and they were very understanding, as insurance can be a little slower to work with, but Austin kept us on schedule so we can have our roof completed in the time frame we discussed. They are amazing! We had a full replacement from metal to shingle on a house build in 1928. (Loads of rotten wood!) Austin was patient, helpful and beyond great when it came to answering all of my questions. His communication is top notch and that's even with a major holiday falling on our scheduling days. The actual team Aaron and Ariel were great.
They are fast, efficient and very sweet. They even humored my son when he HAD to bring them all coffee and doughnuts first thing in the morning. I will be giving their number to any and all people I meet who might need a roof.

Henry inspected my roof & discovered that one of the 3 plumbing pipes in attic were cause of yellow water stains in bedroom ceiling. A Couple of other roof companies said I needed new roof but failed to see the wear of caulking around one of the pipes. Henry found cause & scheduled a date following week to replace all 3 pipes & placed new tubing over pipes to keep water from entering into attic again. I connected with SlopePro at a HOME SHOW. I carefully compared their quote to replace my roof and install gutters with two other well-known roofing companies. SlopePro had the product and process. I am so excited and pleased with my new roof and gutters. I also must note that Justin provided the best customer service (something you see much of today).

SlopePro replaced our 130 year old metal roof with a new metal roof. They were friendly, very responsive, and worked incredibly hard. Throughout the process, they always responded to my emails (even late nights on the weekends) and kept me updated on the status of everything. The team that worked on the roof had some of the most incredible work ethic I have ever seen.
They showed up early and worked late through 100 degree weather for almost two weeks. The new roof looks amazing and they didn't skimp on any details. When they were done, they left everything clean.

About 12 shingles had blown off of my roof. After getting a few estimates I decided to hire SlopePro. The Roofing Representative, Justin, did a wonderful job explaining who what when where and why. I say this because he answered about a thousand of my questions that I had. He exhibited extreme patience, was on time, gave an excellent remedy and the price was lower than competitors that I'd called. Justin won me over especially with his professionalism.

I had a roofing job done by another firm in Richmond, probably 12 years ago. I started getting leaks around my plumbing vent pipes and my bathroom ventilator exhaust. This was because they left the old flashing and fixtures. The firm that did my roof, twelve years ago, charged me 400 bucks to repair, then I had another leak and they estimated another 400 dollars more.
This was all because of stuff they did not replace when re-roofing. They told me that they did not usually replace stuff like that unless the owner asks them to. I attempted to work with them, and they were not responsive, so I called Slope Pro. The rep was pleasant/professional enough. He came back with two estimates - one that should be good for the next 15 years and the other for the next 30.
He also pointed out that my chimney flashing needed some attention, so he had an order to fix that too. I selected the 15 year estimate. They came out and fixed it for me. This work was done a few months ago. I waited to do the review to see if my problems were fixed and they were - so I reviewed. I would recommend Slope Pro. If I am in this house in 15 years, and my roof needs to be replaced, I will call them.

My experience with SlopePro was great from beginning to end. I contacted them via Thumbtack when I started having leaks in my split level home late one night during one of the recent snow storms we had. Justin from SlopePro came out the very next day to perform an inspection of our roof. He clearly and throughly pointed out various issues with our roof and included pictures so we'd have a better understanding of the issues.
We were presented with multiple options to fix the problems or replace the entire roof. We thought the price for replacing the roof was really good and went with that option. Within about two weeks, SlopePro arrived to replace the roof. Justin kept us well informed and frequently updated us of the progress, always asking if we had any questions. We could truly relax (or in our case, work from home) and let the professionals do what they do best.
The entire roof install was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend SlopePro for your roofing needs of you want a professional, customer centric experience. I definitely plan to use them again in the future when we save up for some gutter guards.
