I had a small gas leak in my crawlspace. They were quick to respond and did good work, however the price was really, really high. Update: After talking to the general manager, it seems I was accidently overcharged, and they refunded me that overcharge. With that said the work was great and timely and thus I can definitely recommend AAA for your plumbing needs.

Called with last minute emergency need to have septic tank pumped, all staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to fit me in within 24hrs. Very professional, received prompt communications including a picture of the technician coming to my home. Ended up getting services same day. Will definitely contact them with future service needs. Very happy!

Ms. Parrish you knocked the ball out of the park again! On Monday Dec 4th I walked into A.C.E. Academy for a normal day, but it was more then normal. One of the students at the school went to the girls bathroom and seen water all over the floor. I called AAA Plumbing. Ms. Parrish was her up beat self as always. She asked if any child slipped or fell on the spill and she dispatched two techs to our school within an hour they where assessing the damage. Ms. Parrish always put her clients first on every call. Give her a raise now!

Called on Friday with multiple issues. We're able to come as soon as the next but our schedule didn't allow for it. When Matt arrived I walked him through the problems. He listened and provided great insight into the solutions. He was able to get me a quote and start within 30min. Matt was here ALL day. A prior owner of our home had some previous DIY work done and it wasn't done properly. He was able to correct the issues and get us up and running again. AAA is our go to for plumbing work and we will be calling them in the future.

I woke up this morning to discover that one of my outdoor hose bibs burst and was spewing water. I called AAA Plumbing and they were able to get Shannon out here in about 2 hours even though they've been swamped with calls due to the extremely low temperature over the last several days. He was immediately able to identify a solution and quickly completed the repair. Highly recommend AAA. This is my second time using them and they are fast, reliable, and professional.

We had AAA City plumbing out to check & repair our water heater. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Brian & Richard did an excellent job. Also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Kerry & Parrish in the office. They were both very kind and responsive to my urgent request for hot water, they had Brian here in an hour! This is at least the 3rd time we have used AAA and would highly recommend them.

W came and checked water pressure had a problem coming from Pressure valve to house checked it out and fixed problem was clogged from city working on sewer and they hit waterline and it causes dirt to block water coming to home. 10-7-22. Toilets plugged up and would not drain. seemed like a septic tank issue. Chris Vitari and a helper came out, located the tank, found a problem with a blocked baffle, cleared it and pumped the tank. Quick response time, diagnosis and partial solution. Suggested cleaning the inside pipes, via the clean out. Had the technician Shane come out and clean the pipes.
Like a Roto Rooter on steroids. Seemed to do the job. Again, fast and accurate diagnosis and fix. This is the best plumbing business I have dealt with in my time in Rock Hill area. Not cheap but no surprises.

Tyler showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything that was wrong with my dishwasher drainage problem in detail. He provided options to fix a pressure issue that I didn't even know existed which will save me money in the long run. The whole experience was great. We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I've had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. Joe K and Ian They checked recent water pipe leaks and found my home has durapex pipes and brass fittings. This will lead to more leaks and damage so they advised us to replace all pipes in the house to avoid more costly repairs and the quality of our water. As the job progressed, they found corroded fittings and evidence of more bad pipes. As I had questions, Joe shared his vast knowledge in a way that I could understand.
They took care of moving items in cabinets, closets, etc. to make it easier for us. We knew what to expect each day which relieved us of stress. The team worked professionally and with diligence. Aaa city plumbing is who we will call.always.

I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling come from the bathroom. I called AAA City Plumbing in the afternoon on a Monday and they sent Stephan out first thing on a Tuesday morning. They called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. The repair was fixed quickly and efficiently. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I said I was okay with him taking it off).
I never felt that I was being ripped off and lied to like I have with other plumbers. I immediately googled the price range for the repair I needed and their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA City plumbing and will use them in the future if needed!

Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

We had an ongoing kitchen drain issue at our home for the past 20 years. After numerous attempts by different plumbers to pinpoint & fix the problem, the situation was still unresolved after thousands of dollars spent. George came to our home and assessed the situation within about 30 minutes. The procedure was expensive but fixed the problem. Definitely recommend George and his company.
