This is my second time renting from Pack-it-in and they continue to impress me. Delivery was on time and early in the day. I got a nice reminder for pick up, allowing me to get all my last minute items into the dumpster, and pick up happened on time and smoothly. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Everyone at Pack-It-In was pleasant and helpful when I called with questions and then to swap out for a second dumpster. It was easy and everything happened without a hitch. Called and scheduled a container to be delivered. Container was delivered on time and when I needed to delay pick up for a few days, they said no problem. Only charged me an extra 15 dollars. Overall the services were excellent.

I had a great experience with Pack-It-In! When I called to make the reservation the customer service rep was very nice and even helped me use a coupon for the rental. The gentleman who dropped the dumpster off in the morning was very friendly and offered advice on making the most of the space in the dumpster. And the gentleman who picked up the dumpster was also very friendly, even had a sweet dog in his truck that I got to pet so my day was made!

The day of delivery, the driver was prompt and courteous. He even called to confirm the drop off. Upon arrival, he placed it exactly where we wanted it without any problems. Professional company that goes above and beyond! More time than once, I have forgotten to bring down our cans to the end of the drive way. Every time I have forgot, the guys picking up walk back and get it for me. This is exceptional service! I would recommend Pack It In to anyone!
