Mr Dino's turned our dated old and moldy bathroom into my favorite room in our house. They were fast, very professional and easy to work with. They were even flexible when we had vanity drama (on our end - not theirs). Reasonable prices and time frame on the renovation. I love them so much, I can't wait to get our 2nd bathroom done. We had to redo our basement bathroom last fall. The installer did a great job. A few weeks after the install, we had a plumbing issue that the plumber said was caused by the installer. I called Trent to tell him about it not expecting him to do anything about it. I had no proof that the leak was their fault, and it had been a few weeks. Trent came and looked at it.
Even though he was sceptical that it was his installers fault, he insisted on paying our plumbing bill. It is refreshing to work with company that values their reputation more than the cost of a plumbing bill. I would recommend Mr. Dino's Baths to anyone. I saw first hand that they stand behind their work.

Mr. Dino's Baths was recommended to us by a family friend in Oct. 2018. Trent stopped by, asked us what we were wanting to do. The downstairs bathroom was original from 1980. We settled on a price and scheduled a day to do the work. The job was to remove the old shower and bring it up to date. When Ben and his partner had the old one torn out, he informed me that the framing was rotted and had to be replaced.
He told me his partner would be back shortly with the materials to reframe it and they would still be on schedule for completion, the same day. As I started to ask about additional cost, he reassured me the agreed upon price would not go up one cent. A completely new shower, basin, walls, all new fixtures, corner caddy, and safety bars that weren't in the original estimate were installed by suppertime.
I had to wait until the next day to use it so the adhesives would have overnight to set. No sweat as they did all the sweating. To this day it looks as good as new. Much less effort to keep it clean than the old tile. I really don't miss the grout. Fast forward, June, 2022. The upstairs bathroom was over due. We set a date and were ready to go when I had to call the guys off as Mom had an emergency trip to the ER. Things unraveled from there and we had to rearrange the bathroom situation.
Instead of a forcing a work around, Trent said Dino's would do whatever, whenever we were ready and without hesitation returned our deposit. I never brought it up. He saw what was going on and we had our hands full. The bathroom has moved down the list but is still on the list. It's more than refreshing to work with a company that actually put us first. Ben and Tom were on time and always on task. They were respectful and worked hard. Ben did the finish work and we couldn't be more pleased. It is high quality products and fine workmanship. After receiving four bids to redo the shower in our master bath, we chose Mr. Dino's for the project for three reasons. First, their bid was at least half the cost of the other bids. Second, the work was promised to be completed in three days (it was). Third, the work is guaranteed for life. We are extremely happy with the new shower. I would do business with Mr. Dino again.

They do work with integrity. This is simply due their ridiculous warranty that they include with their work. Because of that, the constructor didn't take any shortcuts or compromise throughout the project (for no additional fee). Multiple problems arose in our situation, but Ben took the extra time to custom-build solutions on site so that we'll have a lasting great shower for a great price. I'm definitely glad we went with Mr. Dino's.

Had just purchased an older model home and was looking to remodel one of our bathrooms. Trent came to our house and took his time in explaining the details of the job, the variety of styles we could choose, and at a price within our budget. Pete called to set things up and Tom came out for the installation. He did an excellent job and was very detail-oriented. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to using them for our next bathroom.

WOW! We gathered information about shower/tub remodels at the 2017 Home and Garden Show two weeks ago and we already have a nice new, clean shower, tub, and walls in the condo that we rent to our son. We interviewed two companies. The first company had a very polished presentation, but we went with Mr. Dino's Bath. Peter, the owner, came out to do the estimate.
He was helpful and presented his company's product simply and clearly. Their process is the same as the first company's (removing everything down to the studs), they use similar materials, they had an immediate opening, the estimate came in quite a bit less, plus, they boast a 50-year warranty on labor and materials. The installer, Tom, has been with the company for a number of years.
He was very personable, skilled, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He had good recommendations for where the accessories (shower caddy, soap dish, and grab bar) should go. He was precise, so everything was lined up and measured carefully. He did an AMAZING job. We couldn't be happier!

I just had my second hip and second knee replacement. I did not feel safe getting into the bathtub and talked to Dino's Baths to have a walk in shower installed. Couldn't be happier with the shower and, Ben, the installer who came to the house and was a "joy" to be around. He is a perfectionist and everything was finished beautifully. We hired Pete and Mr. Dino's to replace the tub with a shower at my mother in laws home. We met with Pete and he was very helpful and guided us through the design process. After meeting with Pete, we decided to have his company perform the work. The installer showed up on time and completed the work in about 3 days. From start to finish EVERYTHING about Mr. Dino's is professional and honest!
I have been in the commercial kitchen business for 30 years and understand the amount of dedication and work it takes to perform an installation like this. The final fit, finish and seal work is that of a proud craftsman! His installers obviously take pride in the finished product. I would highly recommend Mr. Dino's to anyone thinking about upgrading their bathroom!

Pete with Mr. Dino's bath made a very frustrating situation work out great. We hired a company to do our tub and shower remodel at the end of March 2013 and paid a 50% deposit. Months later we found out that the original company had ordered the products to remodel our bath but was unable to do any work. We could not get a hold of them to get a refund or anything.
That is when I heard of Tom Martino's referral list. I got in touch with Pete and he was able to get in touch with the original company and get some of the products to finish our bath. So finally in August 2013 Mr Dino's bath was able to come in and complete the remodel on our tub and shower and Pete was able to get it done without costing me more than I was going to pay in the first place.
I can not thank Pete and his company enough for the work they were able to perform. We are very happy with our bath now and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

A I began the search for a contractor to redo my bathroom. It was a very frustrating endeavor until I found Mr. Dino's Bath. I can't say enough great things about them and especially Ben, the installer. I have never seen such genuine care, detail, and pride in his work. If he had a question about how I wanted something done, he asked. He was very respectful and polite.
It was a pleasure to know that if I had any questions, I could ask. And believe me, I did. I have worked in the building material business and have never been exposed to such professionalism when it comes to contractors. Pete, the owner, has also been great to work with. He was caring and very eager to do whatever it took to get the job done. They were always prompt and on time too. It is very unusual to find contractors of this caliber. You can't go wrong with Mr. Dino's Bath. And if possible, ask for Ben to do the job. You won't be disappointed!
