My new garbage disposal died right before Christmas dinner, so I sent an online message the next morning, but didn't expect to hear back right away! The owner Ben called me within 30" and had a plumber in my kitchen within an hour! The disposal was fixed in less than 15" and Andrew even showed me how to do it myself next time and gave me his tool for free. Literally couldn't have been better service. We've used O&M for all of our plumbing needs since moving here 3 years ago and will continue to!

Ben, the owner was here overseeing our tunneling job under our foundation to fix a broken pipe. His price was much better than ARS, and I love that he is a local smaller business. His whole team was very friendly. Will definitely keep using O and M.

Today Andrew came out to my house and installed a pressure reducing valve and a new house shut off valve. I was quoted a price over the phone before hand. When Andrew got to my house he encountered a big issue because of the city sidewalk. He contacted the owner and they came up with a solution with no extra charges. When Andrew completed the job, he explained everything to me and he completely cleaned up the area. I will definitely use O & M Services again and will recommend them to my friends!

After trying just about every possible way to unclog the kitchen sink, these guys were recommended by a friend. The entire process was smooth and worry free. From the initial call, to scheduling the appointment and having the guys do the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and courteous. They provided constant communication via email and text throughout the entire experience. I will definitely come back to them for any other plumbing issues, they were excellent.

World class. These guys are as professional as they come. Very rapid response (on a Sunday btw) and I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. Not only did they show up on time, they actually called and asked if I wanted them to show up EARLY! The gentleman that arrived even offered me a thorough, detailed explanation of the work he was going to do. I paid the bill and it was HALF of what the other company wanted. Best prices, best service, it's a no-brainer here folks. Go with these guys and save yourself the stress money.

I've been using O & M for a few years now. I cannot express how amazing and professional they are. I've used their services from minor repairs to installing a water softener and a full home water filtration system. They're pricing is very fair and their work is astounding. They were also able to point out the real cause of my low water pressure that even my build and my builder's plumber were unable to resolve. O&M are my go to for any plumbing related repairs or projects.

I needed to have a gas line moved to install our new wall mount oven. O&M showed up, took a look at the setup, and was done within 2 hours. The entire time the rep was consultative and thourough in how he communicated what needed to be done properly. After install, the connections were tested for any leaks and all is well in our kitchen again in time for the holidays. Pumpkin bread never smelled so good. If you have something you need done right the first time just call these guys and check it off your list. Solid company with exceptional care for their customers.

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

We had a shower valve break and could not turn off the water. luckily got the outside water to the house turned off. They were able to send someone out same morning to deal with repair. Ben was on time, professional, thorough in explanation of what had happened and the repair he made! Staff was also extremely professional! Will definitely use again!
