Preston just left our home and he did a fabulous job. We have had this leak for a bit now and couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Preston came in and spent time studying things before he identified the issue. He even did a few other checks to make sure he caught all the leaks. He then fixed it quickly, explained to my husband and me what he did, and headed out. He was efficient, professional, and courteous! 5-stars!

Tyler r did a fantastic job installing a hot water heater at my house. I was impressed by his workmanship, his personal interaction with me, very professional. The heater went into a small space which was a challenge but he found a way to do it. During the installation he needed some new venting and he needed to go to Home Depot. He took 30 minutes to do that but still finished the job on time. The finished job was very neat and clean. He took time to instruct me about caring for the new heater. I give Tyler r an A and 5 stars. Anthony

Nothing but great things to say about working with Brick Street. We needed to swap out our hot water tank and they listened to what the issue was and had someone onsite within 24hrs of contacting them. The install took almost 2hrs and Eli walked me through everything he had completed before wrapping up. Definitely would call them again for future plumbing concerns.

Brick Street Plumbing responded to my plumbing problem when other companies were unresponsive. Preston was professional, empathetic to my issue and clearly explained what is required to fix my plumbing problem. If I could, I would deal with Preston-Brick Street Plumbing directly for all my plumbing needs instead of going through my home warranty company.

I had Brick Street Plumbing install a hot water heater on June 6, 2023. The hot water heater went bad 6 months later. It took about a week to get everything scheduled for replacement, because we didn't know who to contact. The manufacture, Home Depot (where we purchased it) or the plumbing company. After we found who we should contact for the warranty, they did an amazing job and were out in 72 hours.
The plumbing company stated they will be out in the afternoon and surprised me this morning to replace the hot water heater. Tylerr was the technician and did a fantastic job on the installation, and also very professional. I highly recommend Brick Street Plumbing for any plumbing service you need.

Darren, the Sales Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. He called almost immediately after I submitted a request for a quote on Instagram and was at my house the day after. Having had two quotes for a heating pump before he arrived and two more the following day after he left, the unit he suggested, similar in size and scope as the other, the quote was surprisingly much, much cheaper.
His team came to install the units (whole house ducted unit and ductless unit in the basement) the following week. The guys were timely, professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with both units and highly recommend Brick Street Heat and Air Inc!

I had to replace the 75 gallon tank due to a sudden heater (gas) crack, and found this team through Home Depot. Especially 'Mark', who came to my house, was a truly professional and special tech. While arranging the schedule with them, we actually got some unexpected issue and there was a delay, but their quick response and apology due to the delay were very impressive and gave me more trust. I would leave this review of their perfect service and my experience replacing from a 75g to the appropriate 55 gallon. Great Team and Thanks Mark.

My hot water heater went out as it was leaking carbon monoxide. I called American Home Shield (AHS, home warranty) and they referred me to them. The scheduling was so easy. Tyler came about a week later to install it. When he got to my home, he noted that the way the hot water heater was installed was very ineffective. He re-piped the entire system, explained it all in detail and even placed a carbon monoxide detector in the HVAC room for added safety and security.
He arrived at 2:30pm and left after 6:00pm. He didn't complain about how long it was taking, but persevered to make sure I would be safe in the home. I don't give out five stars. I actually never have, but they earned every single one of them.
