PV is our go to for any HVAC work or planning. They installed our complete system about 7 years ago, and have used them to maintain it ever since. They come 2x a year to check and maintain the system before each major season change, and anytime we have an acute issue that needs addressing. Just last week, Leo came out to solve a niggling recurring problem that only happened under certain circumstances.
He thoroughly checked multiple systems that could have caused the issues, and systematically addressed the problems in the chain until he found the root cause. He had to dig deep to the brand and team resources in our system type, and learned something new in figuring out our strange problem. I'm so happy that PV has great techs like Leo on their team!

Steve was excellent in identifying the problem with my ducting and more importantly explaining the issue in terms I could understand. I've had multiple Service Techs troubleshoot the symptoms, Steve was the first to communicate not just the problem but also potential solutions.

I typically enjoy my scheduled visits with PV. The technicians are always kind, humble, and VERY knowledgeable. Steve D. was nothing like our previous technicians. He mansplained everything and talked over me. He was training someone else and was did not come across as positive and encouraging. I shared this feedback with their scheduling team. I am still willing to give PV another chance. but expect better in the future.

Kenneth did an amazing job with the furnace inspection. He took his time to explain to me what his analysis and evaluation was. Made recommendations to correct the problem. Suggested installing a new furnace since this current one is about 15 years old.

Our whole experience with PV has been top-notch! They made a very thorough evaluation of our home, gathering the information needed to address our current and future needs. A much more intense approach than we found with other providers. This was not a one size fits all way of doing things. PV has especially helpful in designing and installing a new HVAC plus dehumidifier system in my house. They first did all of the calculations and recommended the proper system. I appreciated their thoroughness, recommendations, and patience helping me choose the best option for me. Before installation, there were discussions on site to determine the best way to install the dehumidifier, route the new duct work, and place new controllers.
During this process, I was able to answer questions and understand the parts that were important to me. After installation, I was provided with instructions, they did a quality check, and things have been great since. I appreciated the process of working with PV, have recommended them to others, and have been happy with the results.

PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate. Highly recommended. Update 2023: I'm signed up for the maintenance plan though it's expensive. Their service techs are very polite and I just got a UV light added.

Moses came by to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our mini split. He was precessional and knowledgeable. When he had to give us the bad news about possibly needing a new unit, he was quick to offer the free consult with another member of their team and let us know about their 10 year product warranty.

AC started blowing warm air suddenly. Called PV and within an hour had a tech on-site to diagnose issue and replaced the fan motor of outside unit. Also replaced filter while onsite and checked everything out. Total pro, great company. Services:HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

My technician Russell was the friendliest, most professional, well versed tech that has serviced my hvac unit since being installed 2 years ago. Some techs come in, get the job done as fast as possible so they can move on. Which I understand on a busy schedule. But Russell Minor explained to me what he has doing step-by-step making sure I understood what and why, he was working on the tasks he was completing.
As soon as he walked into my home, until the got in his truck, he made sure I was satisfied with the service and the quality of work he was there to do. Hire more folks like Russell.

Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. He performed a very thorough maintenance, and came up with the issues we expected to hear.
They even took care of the repair work that same day, and at a reasonable price. Overall a completely professional experience from beginning to end, I'm sure I'll do business with them again - PV has a local reputation for being a trustworthy vendor and I can now confirm that to be true!
