Another excellent experience with Spot On Plumbing. Contacted them around 1:00 about burst pipe today. Sam arrived shortly before 4:00 and worked until 8:00 to ensure my issue was fixed. He thoroughly investigated and identified the problem, explained options and costs so I could decide the best options forward. These are my go to plumbers. Discovered a leaking pipe in the late evening, called Spot On Plumbing and gave the details of my problem; was called within 30 minutes to set up an appointment. Appointment set for 2 to 5 the next day. The next day I got a call bright early and had a plumber out here by 9 o'clock in the morning, much to my relief as the water to house had been turned off. Plumber (Sam) was polite, fixed the leaking pipe and discovered another leak and also fixed that one. This is the second time I have used Spot On Plumbing and have been pleased on both occasions.

We had a pipe burst and called a few places but they were all unavailable. I found spot on from a Broken Arrow Facebook group because they were recommended to someone else looking for a good plumber. I called spot on and Katie was able to get Brandon out within an hour. She also went over some very helpful tips to prevent this from happening again. (We are new homeowners so we are learning a ton) She called again when Brandon was about 20 minutes out. Brandon got here and got the job done quickly.
He gave us two options which we greatly appreciated and was extremely fair with his pricing. We elected to cap our pipe for now and will get it replaced later on next week. He made sure to wear booties over his shoes so he did not get the floor dirty when he was talking with us. I'm so glad that the other places we called were not available because now we will use Spot On for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you both so much!

Ryan was my service tech. He worked very hard trying to identify the leak which ended up not being a plumbing issue but a leak in my shower while it was dripping during the frozen weather. Very hard to find but he went above board and identified this problem. (Water was splashing and running down the door thru a crack in the seal and onto the floor.) Thank you for not giving up!

Excellent service and prompt response time for our leak. We called a couple other big name companies and they couldn't find the leak. After contacting Spot On Plumbing they were very helpful and were able to get someone out to our house quickly. Minimally invasive in our newly remodeled kitchen and was able to use his equipment to find the leak quickly. The whole job including the repair completed in only 2 hours! Outstanding job!

Spot on plumbing came to me as a recommendation from a friend who Used them to repair A foundation leak and re-plum their whole home. She spoke highly of them. We Experienced a water emergency today that required us to shut the water off to the whole house. Spot on plumbing of Tulsa was able to come out and fix the problem within a few hours of me calling. Both of the boys that came to the house were great. I am very satisfied with my service, and will most certainly call them in the future.

Unfortunately, I had the wrong water tank for them to install (electric rather than gas). Spot On was very understanding and continued to completely get everything ready for correct tank. The true test of a business isn't about being perfect all the time. The true test is how you handle adversity in a difficult situation. You guys nailed it. from the owners, to my plumber Christian, you guys absolutely stepped up and helped resolve a pipe leak in no time flat. it wasn't about the repair, that turned out to be an easy fix. It was about the integrity, speed and grace that they gave me in a difficult emergency.
my plumber was dispatched immediately, the emergency was handled and a potentially large flooding crisis was averted.

Brandon was able to get the needed part ordered and arrange their schedule to get it installed as soon as it arrived. The plumbers that came to do the work were very considerate and Ryan even asked about getting a little water on my garage floor before starting the work. I will definitely use them again
