Highly recommended We used Optimal Windows to replace all the windows in our house. The bid was competitive and the owner, Matt, couldn't have been more genuine or easier to work with. The entire process went smoothly from beginning to end and Matt was on-site the entire time. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, the installation process, and now that a little time has passed, the reduced energy usage!

Our neighbors had new windows installed by Matt and Optimal Windows, and were extremely happy with the company and price so my husband and I decided to get a quote. We had had previous quotes that were well beyond our price point, so I wasn't very hopeful that we would be able to follow through with a purchase. We were pleasantly surprised with the price as it came in well below the others. Matt was amazing to work with.
Very attentive to detail and made sure we were truly satisfied down to wiping down each window and even painting some interior sills that needed a touch up after install. Highly recommend Matt and Optimal Windows. You will not be disappointed.

5 stars really aren't enough to adequately describe my experience with Optimal Windows (because I wish there were more)! Matt and his team are honest, professional, and superior in service and installation. My windows were installed last year and I have seen a sizable difference in my electric bill this summer. I received many bids for window replacement prior to choosing the Optimal team and found them to offer the best value and service.

Matt Boud at Optimal Windows was fantastic to work with. We recently built an upstairs addition and wanted to match the windows we had purchased about 10 years prior. Love these windows! We replaced 32 year old original builder's grade aluminum windows. The installation was seamless, no mess, quality work (installer is definitely a perfectionist).

My neighbor had their windows replaced by Optimal Windows so for me it was natural to get a quote from this company. When compared with other companies, pricing was better while specs are similar. It took 14 weeks for ordered windows arrival due to Covid-19 pandemic and supply chain issues that affected global industries, but when 32 windows finished installation to my 30 year old home that took another week for detailed workmanship, I felt long waiting was worth. Looking forward to electricity cost savings in coming years. Kudos to Matt and his installation crew!
