We had an issue with our heater. Our house was freezing cold when we woke up with two little ones in the house, I was super panicked! We called to see if we could get it Looked at as soon as possible. They responded immediately and sent someone out. Rick came to the house, and he was very kind and explained what was going on. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the interactions. Would definitely use rabbit, heating and air again in the future.

Great technicians and service. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and they were here same day and install next day postponing plans they had that were less urgent. Pricing was reasonable and the level of attention given on informing me the progress from start to finish was excellent. Installed both a new furnace, ac unit, and re-ran ducts, new registers, and intake in the same day, whereas other companies were 6 weeks out prioritizing larger jobs. Would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish this company is one of the best I've every dealt with. Amazing people and great workers. They are thorough, kind and hard working. They were able to get me in for set up of my AC almost right away. They came out made sure everything was covered so nothing would get damaged or dirty. The job was a tough one and they worked all day at it.
Everyone was courteous and polite and their financing options are so helpful. They are very fair with their pricing as well! I will be using them again for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

Rick Rodriquez was very professional and fair. Rabbit presents their pricing up front. They are very competitive and do not add fees. We compared to Costco contractor and they were cheaper. They flexed their replacement appointment around our family vacation but still fit us on their schedule on 97 degree days. They fixed numerous things: bad pad placement, moved the electric service box, doubled our basement return duct capacity, which greatly increased the air output on the second floor! Along with a larger and more efficient unit, our electric bill went down! I recommend Rabbit and will use them again!

The owner is very knowledgeable. He was more interested in getting me the best equipment for the size of my house rather than just letting me buy the most expensive system. I bought a furnace from them and a year later i upgraded to central air. In my opinion and i did my research. i got not only a killer deal on equipment they supplied but the installers went above and beyond.
Everyone else i know that has central air, you can tell the installer just threw everything in as quick as they could. Not these guys, they really spent a lot of time and effort on the install. I am a skilled tradesman myself so typically my opinion when i hire someone to do work is that i could've done it better. That was definitely not the case this time. i was thoroughly impressed and got way more than my money's worth.
I highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air. I hope to see this company continue to be successful in a market that is extremely difficult based on how much competition there is out there.

Yesterday I called Rabbit Heating to arrange for a basic inspection & cleaning of our furnace ($99). I was pleased to receive an immediate response from the company followed by a Tech arriving to complete the work the same day. This work was completed in a extremely short visit & my only concern is I hope that sufficient was done to ensure satisfactory operation this coming winter.

Rick was very helpful in determining the correct a/c unit based on the layout of our home. His team was able to come and install the unit within a few hours. I am pleased with their diligent work and the price they offer for the a/c units. They even list their price online, so cool. Furthermore, the inspection passed with no issues at all. Lennox seems to be a fantastic brand and it cools my house in no time.

I am pleased with the service. I have used them three times in the past two years. I am pleased with how thorough they are when they visit, but I am more pleased at the fact that they don't gouge me. So far I have had excellent luck. I will use them again in the future. As well, I did not think they were too expensive.
