Veracity is a very reputable and professional company. We had new Marvin windows and sliding door installed. Even though there were a couple of hic ups with the door they resolved the problem quickly and professionally. The installers are top notch and know precisely what they are doing. Left everything clean when they were done. We will definitely be calling them in the future for 2 other large windows and they will be highly recommended to our friends and family.

Got one set of French doors at the beginning of the year; we loved how they came out, so put in the order for a second set and they just installed it today. Doors look great, they also make a huge difference with noise insulation. rooms are much quieter now. Jose installed the doors, and he even touched up a small scratch from one of our dogs on the door he had installed months ago, making it look like new again. Thank you!

The installation was quick and the staff did a great job cleaning up. Afterwards they made sure to demonstrate how the windows work and how the screens could be taken off and put back on. Very impressed!

1- best quality, 2- insulation is amazing both noise and energy 3- very beautiful 4- the installation team who lead by Christian, were very polite, professional, fast, clean and very friendly. Excellent service and installation! We had them re-do all of our windows on our the home in Brentwood LA, and my husband and me don't have a single complaint! The installation went smooth and as expected, the windows look GORGEOUS in the house and they did an amazing job on sealing and cleaning everything. We used this company for French doors in bedroom and were very happy with the quality of the products and the work. So when we had to replace more doors in dining room, office and guest room, we went to them again with no hesitation. This job was larger and more more complicated and they did a great job again! They are pleasant and easy to work with and to reach with questions and ideas.
Some of key people came out personally to review work before and during job to make sure everything was done right. The crews are great too and they did a terrific site cleanup when done. We highly recommend them all around!

We had a Marvin fiberglass patio door installed by a vendor several years ago who is no longer in business. Marvin put us in contact with Veracity Window and Door and, happily, with Martha Calderon. Even though Veracity wasn't the original vendor, they ordered the part, kept in touch with us during the process, and sent a well trained (and nice) technician to our home. 40 minutes later the door had new parts, rails were squeaky clean, and is sliding as new.
We appreciate Veracity doing this for us, and it speaks volumes for both Marvin and Veracity. When we are ready to upgrade our our north-facing windows we will definitely give Veracity a call.

I shopped for months and had several vendors come to the house. We were impressed with the attitude of the home evaluator and the quality of the samples shown. Once Marvin windows were selected the installation team came to the house. I am very picky and didn't have to say anything because the attention to detail was obvious. I had an issue with a sliding door and the installer returned and simply had it replaced to reach a perfect fit. Weeks later my dog chewed the window handle and destroyed the screen.
Again a simple call to the installer and at no cost the handle and the screen were replaced. The crew has been consistently courteous and professional. I recommend their services n love the Marvin quality.

Overall experience was great. Installers arrived on time and got straight to work. Both were courteous and very friendly. All questions and/or concerns were answered. At completion of window installation, the installer removed leftover materials and debris. Following, the installer showed me how to open and close each window, as well as provide me with an owner’s manual. The Infinity windows by Marvin met my expectations. They are good quality. Thanks.

Exceptional work on a challenging replacement project: a 3' X 10' stairwell window, executed without any damage to the exterior stucco and maintaining impeccable cleanliness both inside and outside. Sales consultant Weissman provided a clear explanation of our purchase, Manager Johnson supervised the project, and other supervisory personnel like Jose and Marcus inspected the work. The installers themselves were professional and courteous. The company delivered on all its promises without compromise. The final priming and painting of the exterior window trim to match other windows were also flawlessly executed. This process was remarkably hassle-free, and all personnel involved were wonderful.

I love my windows! My whole house now has a complete set. They are beautiful! The installation was quick and easy, everyone was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would however recommend ordering all your windows for a particular room(or entire house) at once because the color match is not exact if you place partial orders and try and complete the remaining windows at a later date. Regardless I am completely satisfied with my windows and their installation.

I recently had all the doors replaced on my luxury home. After an entire year of researching companies, we reached the conclusion to have custom made iron doors will be the best option for us. Jose came to install our doors and he was extremely dedicated and professional. I am completely satisfied with the results and the company. Last year I had my entire house windows replaced-16 in total. It took me over 18 months of research and many free estimates. Tony from "Infinity from Marvin Windows" was very informative. I told him I had quotes from $15000 (Home Depot vinyl windows ) to over $41,000 ( Renewal by Andersen). Tony came with a perfect solution for my budget- for under $15,000 I replaced all windows with Andersen 100 series. I was very pleased with the work and the windows. I highly recommend them.
