Tim arrived right on time this morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I was really concerned that it would be an expensive repair, but it turned out not to be as bad as I'd feared. Tim was very polite and good-natured as well.

We had a garage door emergency at our home and I contacted Overhead Door Company of Washington, DC having heard about their business on a local radio station many times. So glad I called, they were gracious, understanding and responsive and worked it out that my repair was done shortly after I made the request. Tim was the gentleman who saved the day.
He was so thorough and found problems that, if not fixed, would have posed a danger. He "walked" me through the necessary repairs he did, took plenty of time to go over every square inch of the cables, springs, rollers, tracks, motor, and even reprogrammed the remotes as a security precaution. He was absolutely terrific. I was blown away when he told me the charge for the visit.
It was so reasonable, I could hardly believe it. For all that he did and the attention to detail, I was very impressed and highly recommend this company for repair or maintenance of your overhead garage door. A

Overhead Door Co. did a fantastic job repairing my broken garage. We had our spring go out and needed it fixed ASAP. They showed up within a few hours of requesting service. The technician was very professional, polite, and replaced the broken spring quickly with a better product. He also performed general maintenance on the entire door assembly and it’s quieter and smoother than it was when it was first installed by my home builder. I will use them going forward and would highly recommend them.
