Had an issue with the toilets not flushing at my daughters home. We had called another company, who does a fair share of advertising locally, and let's just say they caused more problems than the fixed. They managed to twist off a 5/8" cable in the drain line and weren't able to get it out. Fast forward to this morning, 10/5. Called Reed's yesterday afternoon and they scheduled Daniel to come to the house this morning to look at the problem. Daniel was able to get the cable dislodged just by pulling on it.
The other company left a bid of $1200 to "excavate and repair a brake" in the drain line. Daniel starts looking around. Crawls under the house, goes inside to see what was happening, worked some at trying to get the line unclogged and had no luck. He then went to the manhole in the back yard and found the city sewer main full of water! "This is a city problem, not a drain line problem for you.
No charge!" Daniel called the city and got them out to clear their main. Daniel didn't stop there. He returned back by the house and checked to be sure the line from the house was flowing and the main was flowing! Who does that?!?! That's customer service like it should be. Reed's has now EARNED my plumbing business. Please pass along my gratitude to Daniel!

They are VERY helpful with everything we needed. We know very little about plumbing and they gave GREAT advice along with the work they did! Their advice saved us almost HALF of what we were told from a different plumbing (Roto Rotor) company! Kevin did the work, was very friendly and again gave GREAT advice since we had such a large project. I highly recommend these guys, the customer service was/is outstanding. Called a different company because I thought Reed was expensive, ended up being the other way around, Reeds was more caring and much, much cheaper than the other company, now if I need a honest Plummer will call Reeds without hesitation because I know they will provide an excellent service at a decent price. Fantastic service! Charlie was quick to come out and give us a quote. Which we accepted because it was affordable. Charlie did quality work, he was very professional and courteous. The new toilet and vanity are now installed and he ran the rough end plumbing to the exisiting lines. Will recommend.

Kevin Robb was my service tech. He returned my after-hours call promptly, showed up at my residence in 30 minutes, repaired a hot water heater outlet leak and fixed my Piezo ignition circuit. I know how to do my own plumbing however I had a water main burst in the foundation wall that I could not fix on my own. I called two different companies to come out and give me bids to replace the whole waterline. Reeds was $500 cheaper then the other company. They were able to call the office and give me a squeezed in four days earlier than the other company was going to because they care about their customers.
I also checked their work and they did everything correctly. They wrapped the Watermain going into the house to prevent movement abrasion on the foundation wall from movement from turning the water on and off and also put in a ball shut off valve. The guys that came out we're very nice and professional. I would recommend them to everyone who needs work done. This is an honest company that does good quality work and that's really hard to come by.

I called on Wednesday got a estimate Charlie came out Thursday got my sink & disposal installed looks great and price I paid was less than estimate so I was pleasantly surprised. Second time I've used them and have been happy with both installations.

I have had another company come out to my house twice now, once because tree roots were growing in my pipe, and once because my A/C drain pipe was overflowing. The other company's solution? Dig out my pipe in the back yard ($4600 quote), dig out concrete and put new pipe inside for A/C drain (expensive). Reeds came out to give a second opinion both times.
Both times Robert came out and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough and did a much better job than the previous company. He made sure everything was working before he left, and the service was much less expensive. But most importantly, he gave me maintenance options and did not recommend the extreme options that the other company did. I will only be calling Reeds from here on.

Reed's Plumbing did a fantastic job! I had previously had Roto-Rooter out to my house to clear out my sewage pipes and they didn't fix the problem, charged me $300 and preceded to tell me the fix would cost me $2,300! So I had Ree's come out to my house and they fixed my sewage problem in less than 2 hours and only charged me $150! They were quick and knew exactly what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent experience with the plumbers from this locally owned and operated company. We learned a lesson the hard way to stay with the company who has served us well in the past. The plumbers who worked in our home, Matt & Wayne, were very professional and honest in their assessment of our problem. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be. Wonderful experience with Reeds! Brandon and Tony? and Tracy? were awesome. did the work and went above and beyond to replace the sewer line. reasonable pricing also! stuck to the quote and let me know what was happening even though i had to be at work! Definitely my go to plumbers. have used them on smaller jobs previously and was happy with the outcome and honesty! also their call service and office manager were very helpful and understanding!

Called Reed's about our major clog. We got a quote right over the phone, and a guy was at the house less than an hour later! Our troubles were solved in under an hour for 1/4 of what another company claimed it would cost. The service was fast, the tech was polite and competent, and we have no intention of going to anyone else for plumbing problems in the future.

Meter to house leak in our yard. This company was the only company out of the three estimates received that could do the work without digging up the entire yard from meter to house. Plus, the owner showed up to give the estimate and was efficient and knowledgeable. Also, the workers showed good manners and did not use any bad language. Thanks Reed's!

Called them after my usual contractor dropped the ball (again). Prompt, no hassle, fixed issue, billed my business no-questions-asked, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to the "other guy" that advertises a lot on TV. Tech Robert was great. Guess I have a new contractor!
