Aaron Frost with First Choice is the best in the business and, unfortunately, I've needed other water restoration services before I found Aaron. He is kind, respectful and thorough. My teenager flooded her bathroom and as water was dripping from my ceiling and down my walls I was on the phone with Aaron and he was at our home within 30 minutes on Thursday assessing the situation and assuring us he had it under control. He then returned first thing ON A Saturday morning and completed the job. During these times, trust and reliability is #1 and I've got Aaron on speed "speed dial"!

Aaron, the owner, is literally the epitome of his company's name. Aaron was my "First Choice" when it came to damage in my home caused by an improperly installed toilet. I reached out to him after-hours and he was literally at my home within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the potential cause of the leak and began the process of drying out the saturated area and removing the mold.
He truly is an "expert" and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone having issues with water damage. He took the stress out of a stressful situation and he truly cares about his customers which is a rarity these days!

The very best of the best. We had a sewer line clog cause an overflow situation requiring a bunch of cleanup and restoration work. We were being jerked around by the contractor we had chosen, but my adjustor suggested this company and they stepped in to help us out with honest and detailed assessments and estimates. Aaron is trustworthy, friendly, down to earth, and reliable. They worked with me every step of the way and I'm always going to call them first for any work I need done in the future.

Aaron is a top notch professional who truly cares about his customers. I had a very unexpected flood over the July 4th weekend and he was here in under an hour to begin the restoration. When faced with 6 of water under my house, I was devastated and overwhelmed to say the least. Aaron was extremely professional, he didn't waste any time in assessing the situation, explaining to me everything that was going on, and what needed to be done. I had a huge mess. I had two water breaks due to polybutylene pipes. The water settled under my house but also did damage to my floors and kitchen cabinets above.
I cannot express the professionalism and care that Aaron took to not only remove the water and dry my house out but he also understood my concerns. When a slow, long term leak under our dishwasher resulted in black mold, our plumber told us there was one person to call, Aaron Frost of First Choice Water Damage Experts. We could not be more grateful for that guidance. From our initial contact to the final inspection, Aaron was the consummate professional.
His expert knowledge was evident as he thoroughly examined our home, carefully explained his findings and answered our questions and concerns. He detailed each step for remediation and restoration, verbally and in writing, as well as a cost estimate. Throughout the remediation process Aaron was attentive and professional. After removing contaminated materials he used specialized products and equipment to ensure the mold was eliminated and moisture removed from the surrounding areas.
He came to our home daily to check the progress and share the results with us. His subcontractor then expertly repaired the areas where unsalvageable flooring and woodwork were removed. While I cannot say enough good things about the expertise and knowledge First Choice Water Damage Experts employed in remediating the damage to our home, it was Aaron's calm, experienced demeanor that made our experience exceptional.

Aaron is amazing! I had a water leak from upstairs that went through my ceiling to downstairs and he had everything repaired and looking great within a week of the leak. I thought it'd take atleast a month to have everything fixed. I've never had someone be so efficient and have everything done so quick with great quality work. I have health issues and am super worried about COVID and Aaron made sure to tell everyone he sent to do work at my home to wear a mask before they showed up.
Every group between the carpet repair, carpet cleaners, drywall, and painters all wore masks and did a great job. Very happy and will let anyone I know needing any of the services he provides to work with him! Highly recommend.

I recently experienced a flood originating from my master bathroom where water damaged my entire master suite (February 2021). In a state of stress and panic, I picked up the phone and called Aaron Frost with First Choice. Aaron responded immediately and got right to work in mitigating the water damage. He explained the entire process thoroughly so that I was able to understand each step taken. Aaron carefully documented everything expertly and submitted everything my insurance company needed (pictures, descriptions and square footage of damaged areas, drying logs, etc.) for my claim.
In 2019, Aaron helped my parents when they experience a slow leak from their kitchen sink that ran down into their finished basement. In addition, in the spring of 2020 Aaron replaced the moisture barrier in the crawls space under my home. There was no question in my mind that Aaron would be the person I'd call to help me with this recent flooding in my home.
