I called a couple of A/C repair places on Friday the 8th of July. My A/C went out late Thursday evening. So Friday morning I called 2 places and went to their voicemails. They never returned my calls. So I looked up more places and stumbled upon Mr. Lewis by google search. After reading the customer reviews I called. Mr. Lewis answered right away.
He was already busy with a few appts, but squeezed me in a timely manner. He quoted me a 2 hour window and he showed up on time ( I only waited like hour) He was very professional, friendly and diagnosed the problem. He is priced fairly in my opinion and after ordering the part and him picking it up he was back out at the house the same day. I highly recommend Mr. Lewis. I will continue to use his services for maintenance and repair in the future. Thank you again.

My experience with Lewis HVAC was great. I appreciated that Demetric answered his phone promptly rather then having to get forwarded to an automated menu. He was able to get me an appointment quite fast and, when he showed up, he was incredibly friendly and professional. I paid with a debit card, which processed easily and I was sent a confirmation email with the payment shortly after his visit. I will gladly call him again with any future HVAC needs and I'd, without hesitation, recommend him to others.

I was having an issue with my AC so I called Lewis Comfort Control. First of all he showed up when he said he would! Awesome that's a huge issue with business's today! Secondly I told him the issue I had with the previous company who worked on my AC. He looked at the ac and showed me where they broke my unit and advised me to call them. He literally turned down money because he felt like as a company they should stand by their work. I took his advice and showed them what he found. They stood by their work and fixed it. You can trust this company to show up and do the right thing.

I normally want leave a review however, I must give credit when it's due. The experience with Lewis Comfort Control was remarkable. I called this company on a Saturday night hoping someone would answer and he did. He came right out and checked the unit, changed the parts, and gave a reasonable and fair quote (even when my home owner insurance company put me off for week) not to add his professionalism was outstanding.
And to put the icing on the cake he did what must people will not do once they are paid, FOLLOWED UP ON HIS SERVICE. very commendable! Now, my family have a permanent HVAC COMPANY that's dependable and trustworthy. Thank you!

This was the most amazing experience I have had with a repair service of any kind. Someone was promised to be at my home within an hour and a half of my phone call and - sure enough - Mr. Lewis shows up in no time! He explained to me what the issues could be, quickly diagnosed my issue, handled the warranty of my unit with the company and had it fixed in about an hour.
Didn't try to up sell me on anything. Very quick and very efficient, but - most importantly - just a really nice guy! I highly highly highly recommend this business for all of your HVAC and air needs!

My experience with Lewis Comfort Control was beyond exceptional. They took their time in diagnosing what was wrong with my HVAC and made initial repairs. Things still weren't working right, and he spent two days working to diagnose the issue. Ultimately I needed a whole new system, but not only was I credited back the amount spent on the initial repair, but the whole system cost thousands less than another quote I received. Communication was great and I felt like I was the main priority through the whole process. I would recommend to anyone and definitely will use them again in the future.

Lewis was very helpful, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was great from start to finish, prices were very reasonable. He came out multiple times in between services when there was issues and was very punctual all times. He was able to identify the issue quickly and got everything running as soon as he could. I am so glad Demetric diagnosed and Fixed my thermostat issues. I had been having issues since February and the other two companies that came to diagnose and "fix" the issue actually damaged my unit and thermostat more. Thankfully Mr. Demetric came out here and took his time diagnosing and fixing the issue, he is professional, understanding and very respectful.
