Dominique was very polite, professional, kind and very informative. Showed us photos of the issues in our upstairs AC unit. Stayed for three hours and walked us through everything. We will be asking for him when we call for another appointment. My husband is a veteran, so no contract is needed which we loved. There prices are so much more manageable than other company's Thank you so much.

Dj and Joey did an amazing job! Their service was very detailed and thorough. They took their time examining/cleaning our HVAC unit and took plenty of photos which helped explain the issues we were having. You cant beat their service for the price which was very reasonable!

On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. Charles arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. He was courteous and in addition to fixing our issue, took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend their service!

Very pleased with On Time Experts Plumbing. On short notice they were able to send someone out and Aude the service guy was excellent! He had experience with our type of issue and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very good about explaining everything in detail so it was clearly understood. Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

HVAC system. The young man was wonderful. He explained everything to us and showed us what needed to be done. He even offered to help us with anything we needed done. His job is all we needed. He did a great job on cleaning our coils. All of your HVAC and Plumbers have been so gracious. I definitely liked the young man whom was here today.

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.
And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

I just had an awesome service call! Justin is very knowledgeable and he was empathetic to my concerns and the issue with my A/C unit. Justin quickly identified the reason why my unit was not producing cool air. He explained the issue, showed me pictures and went over what is required to fix my ac unit. I'm so glad I called this company today and thankful that I signed up for their membership package. I can tell that Justin is passionate about his career and work. I'm glad he was my technician today!

On Time experts showed up within a couple of hours of my call, analyzed the problem and resolved a major issue in a reasonable amount of time. Although they could not resolve the problem immediately, they stayed on it and communicated with me often, keeping me informed. Clint was the technician who came out and resolved my issue. He was competent, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.
It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

We had an unexpected clog in our drain. They came out the same day I called, had everything fixed in no time, and didn't overcharge us. Payton was the person who helped us. He did a wonderful job, and was super professional. I would definitely recommend them!

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. I was very pleased with how much it meant to him to make sure my father I'm law was taken care of it really touched my heart. I would recommend On Time Expert to anyone. Thanks Joey!

Justin arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue with our air conditioner and replace the failed part quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Katie is an absolute rockstar! Our AC went out late on a Sunday night with these crazy high temps. They dispatched Collin out who was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly! Within 2 hours we had a game plan to be up and running with a new unit. Katie is so compassionate and attentive to our needs and situation. She answers day and night and is always so sweet! My husband and I own a Roofing and Construction company and have our own contractors that we use for HVAC issue when roofing however I have been so impressed the On Time Experts that I called them and have been pleased with their service. On Tine Experts calls me when it's time for a check up on our units and reminds me 2 times a year. Wow their customer service is way above and beyond.

Collin came out to the rescue, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Unfortunately, we had to get a entire new AC unit.! He got the process started and made us feel at ease. Great company and great workers. I would recommend On-Time to anyone! Workers came the next day to install the new unit and were on time like they said they would! New unit install and everything looks great and professionalism was fantastic. You guys are the best!
