Easy to contact for an appointment, rep was knowledgeable and provided details on process, inspector timely, called CD after inspection to review findings and answer any questions. Adams Homes builder does not allow buyers to be present with the inspector - they said due to liability ( weird/strange). Inspector sent report same day with pictures. Overall excellent experience. This was a regular inspection, no in-depth inspection of things like mold, underground pipes or any invasive checks. This was a new construction home.

Scott arrived early for the home inspection on the house we are purchasing. He completed his work methodically. He answered questions I had while working.
