Kailiwai L. and Kaalai M. came as quickly as they could and worked so hard and fast on the hole and grease clogs in my pipes that I almost cried with gratitude. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand and the pricing was made clear before any work began. I pray I never have water dripping through my ceiling again, but if I do these are the two professionals I want coming to my house to diagnose the issues and make the repairs.

We r currently remodeling our home and had questions as to the price and process of installing a mini-split system for AC. Ryan at Steve's Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable as he gave us information as to the process, costs & benefits associated with getting a split AC unit installed. Corey is the best, very professional and did a fantastic job fixing our leaking shower faucets and replaced our bath sink faucets too. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it in a very short time. He was very efficient and was respectful of our place by cleaning after his mess. I had lots of experience with plumbers and electrician since I used to flip homes and Corey with Steven's Plumbing was a master plumber. Will not hesitate to use again and recommend too. I would give them 12 stars if I could! The best service ever! From the beginning call, to the service appointment, the repair appointment and their follow-up advice, Ryan and Nick surpassed all my expectations. They kept in touch while parts were being shipped, kept me appraised of any delays and price estimates, showed up on time, fixed the compressor, installed a surge protector, cleaned the unit afterwards, and told me about how to have conversations with Meco to avoid surges in the future. A great experience! They're the best!

Ka'ili came out today to do a plumbing inspection to ensure everything was in working order. He was full of aloha and so kind. Fixed a little issue for me too. Mahalo for your help. Aslen and an apprentice were out today as well to inspect my AC units. They cleaned the filters and washed down my outside unit and fixed some kinks in my ac line. Great guys, very professional and explained things to me so I could understand. Overall great guys today! Much appreciated!

Very responsive and helpful. Submitted an email inquiry at 7:00 am, called by dispatch at 7:45 am and the Aaron was at my house checking on the problem by 8:30 am. He explained the problem well and gave me options for repair. He was efficient and professional and I had a new working water heater by the afternoon!

I had my main cold water line bust on Thursday evening coming up on a holiday weekend. I was unable to get anyone to my property to help as my water line was under concrete in a difficult location. I called Steve's on Friday and they sent out someone right away. Canon was our professional and exceeded my expectations. He located the leak and then discovered that not only did I have 1 leak; I had many.
He assured me he would get it done and several days later he did with some help from Jeremiah, another wonderful tech. It was an extremely tough job and he was nothing short of professional and courteous. They even did a very thorough cleaning of the site. I don't typically leave reviews but I will say my experience was nothing short of wonderful considering the catastrophe I had days prior. Steve's isn't the cheapest but the work is quality and the communication is top notch. If I ever have another plumbing problem I know who to call, and especially who to ask for.

Victor and his helper were available to do work earlier than expected and were very efficient and professional in completing the job in less than an hour once they had the required parts. They replaced two soldered ball valves in an old, unusual shower configuration. They included a new basic shower head at no cost. They also alerted me of out-of-spec very high water pressure and pointed to a faulty pressure regulator near the main house water shutoff.
They will send me an estimate to repair/replace the pressure regulator. I appreciated that they waived the debit card 2% "convenience fee" as well as the $49 service call fee, and also gave me a 1-year warranty instead of the usual 90-day warranty. The attached photo shows the completed work.

Jacob arrived quickly and was greeted with water leaking through our ceiling onto our bathroom floor. He quickly and thoroughly investigated all possible sources.
