Great experience. Will definitely be using him in the future. He was professional, fast, and did not leave the work undone, even when it got very complicated and required lots of waiting around for the software in my thermostat to boot. A lot of people would have just installed a cheaper thermostat and called it a day, but he helped me fix my Ecoboost, which saved me a lot of money.

Patrick was great to work with. We called to get an A/C and furnace replacement. He was able to get us an estimate and scheduled for the replacement quickly. His team arrived on time, completed the work and left the area completely clean. We had a minor issue after the install. Patrick was very quick to respond and worked hard to make sure it was right. Overall PGX was great to work with and I would highly recommend. It's obvious that Patrick cares about his customers and making sure he provides the best service possible.

This is the third time that I hired Patrick to install new AC units and in one instance a new heater in 3 houses we used to own. The prices were phenominal, he explained process well, he was very responsive 7 days a week, he was timely, well prepared. you cannot ask for a better all around service. Not only did Patrick quickly get me a quote with a few pictures and information, but was able to schedule the installation a few days later. With a great price and a very professional install I was very pleased. Patrick and his helper had no issue with answering any and all of my questions throughout the install but even explained them in depth and in ways I could understand. Absolutely beyond pleased with the service and plan on going to them and referring them for any future work!

I needed a new furnace so I called PGX heating/cooling and was answered almost immediately. They quoted me a reasonable price fast and a week later I was getting a brand new furnace installed.
