2 hour job to repair pipe leak under house, did not have item to repair, had to go to hardware store and after completed had to wait 45; minutes for glue to dry before turning on water Charged $400.00 charge came from office, the mechanic and helper was very nice. Believe it was a bit expensive considering part of the 2 hour job was going to the hardware store and waiting for glue to dry.

Brooks plumbing responded immediately. Melissa in the office is a delight. Jonathan and crew member (sorry I didn't get name) responded quickly (within an hour!) and not only addressed the problem they were initially called for, but he found two other serious issues that needed repair and corrected them too. He explained about them before making the repairs. They were courteous, professional, excellent knowledge, efficient. We highly recommend!

Called for hot water heater problem (22 yr. old unit). Needed replacing, got quote from Brooks and one other source. Very competitive pricing and customer service interaction with Melissa - excellent. Replaced two (2) old heaters with one (1) new 50 gal. unit. Working in attic in July tough but Chris and helper removed both the old units and connected all plumbing to the new unit. Not cheap but well worth the investment and I'm totally satisfied with results. Would use Brooks again and recommend to others.

I found Brooks Plumbing on an Internet search when I needed a new water heater. Melissa was easy to work with. She listened to my needs and they responded quickly. The technicians were efficient and friendly. Had a new heater the next day. And, when we experienced a small glitch a few months later, they took time out of their busy day to respond that same day to get us back up and running. I called Brooks plumbing for an estimate to replace polybutylene pipes in our 35 yr old home in order to sell it. Jonathan came out that same day and gave us a fair estimate, explaining everything to us that needed to be done, and estimating a two day job. He and his crew did an outstanding job of getting the work done timely, cleaning up behind themselves, and inconveniencing us as little as possible. I would definitely use their services again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a qualified professional plumbing service.

After reading countless reviews I decided to I called Brooks Plumbing and spoke with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried explaining our issues. Right away I felt like we were in good hands. He and Rob went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they help us find a more affordable solution to our septic issues but they also did quality work. They were both skilled and very respectful. If the need arises, I will call on them again without hesitation and I highly recommend them.

I thought I had a leak in my foundation and was in a bit of a panic. J.J. arrived about 30 minutes after my call and found the real problem in less than five minutes! It turned out that my refrigerator was leaking and the water had run under the wall into a bedroom. They were extremely thorough, professional, and checked everything else to be sure that was the only leak. I highly recommend Brooks Plumbing if you want a fair and honest plumber!

5-star Awesome experience. Professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Jonathan from the Covington location is a gift from God. He detected the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it in seconds. Other plumbers I called were so greedy when I called requesting a quote. They all wanted $200 to $300 for 10 - 15 minutes just to come out and look for the problem. Jonathan was fair and didn't east time locating and correcting the problem.
I can't speak for all of the technician's at Brooks but as for him, I personally vouch for his professionalism, knowledge and business ethics. I saved his name and number to my cell. Brook's Plumbing is #1 in my book.

I waited at least 5 months to see how our septic system performed before posting a review. During the rain we had at the beginning of the year, we had toilets clogging and gurgling problems due to our septic treatment system backing up from storm-drain water. We had another plumber assess the situation and we ended up wasting money paying for service we obviously didn't need; twice.
I started calling around and paid attention to what feed-back I was getting after explaining my problem. After several calls I called Brooks Plumbing and got Jonathan on the phone. Right away, he explained things in a way that suggested that 1, he knew what he was talking about and 2, that expressed his eagerness to make sure he would want to fix our problem.
These were attractive characteristics that were not shared from other plumbers or septic service representatives I spoke to earlier. They were quick to come out and assess the situation and prompt on their scheduled service. I didn't even have to tell them what the previous plumber did. Jonathan knew what the issue was with his first observation. They were there first thing in the morning and did not stop until finishing that late afternoon.
I have to say, 5 months later and non stop heavy rain for a straight week during this period, the system has worked flawlessly. The plumbing problems we have had since buying this house over 2 years ago are resolved now. Our family highly recommends Brooks Plumbing.

The crew was very professional and the job was done quick and I liked the way they kept the kitchen and bathroom area clean. I will be using them again. I got a new water tank and filtration system for my well last summer. The Job was done professionally they took the time to explain the filtration system, even helped me set it up for auto self cleaning.
Today when I called due to no water pressure in the house. Jonathan told me over the phone what I should try without any charge using his advice I was able to unfreeze the feeder line to the pressure switch. Jonathan you have a customer for Life. Thank you.

First of all, Brooks Plumbing Services was prompt and clear with their communication and fair estimate. Secondly, Jon and Daniel did so much in 3 hours -- water heater removal, installation of a new one, and a few extra details to tend to was plenty to deal with and they did a great job. Lastly, you would not believe how neat and clean their work style is; they took steps to protect themselves and the environment they were in. I appreciate that and the fact that they are local is wonderful, too.

Jonathan and his guys are the best. My water heater went out and I needed a new one ASAP. In less than a day I had my new water heater installed in the attic, two wax rings replaced on toilets and had them regrouted, and two shower spigots replaced. I would highly recommend using Brooks plumbing.

We had a failing water heater and a second water heater showing symptoms of failing. After calling several vendors in the area to gain estimates Brooks was in the lower medium for performing the work. Jonathan, the owner, offered another solution for a tankless water heater. He was not pushy but explained the benefits and was honest and forthright surrounding my questions and concerns.
Following some research I found his assessment accurate and we chose to allow them to install a tankless system. He was on time and kept us informed throughout the process. In addition to his professional and clean workmanship.his estimates were accurate with no hidden costs for services. Great company and great person to do buisness with for plumbing needs.

Moved into new "old" house with lots of plumbing issues. Jonathan responded immediately, got the work done in a timely manner and priced reasonably. Had difficult gas leak in the wall and with level of expertise, was found and fixed in a short period of time. Was impressed with level of plumbing knowledge. My new house now has "Super Plumber" on call!
