One of the best experiences we have had from any type of services we have hired (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Ron Cassel provided exceptional service for our HVAC system. The system had an error code showing no power was going to the heat pump and furnace and he was able to track down the actual cause of the issue which occurred during the installation by another company.

He explained the process, gave several options, and came up with a quote that explained the work to be done, as well as options I may want to pursue. Chad did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in my electric furnace. He thoroughly checked everything out and recommended replacing 3 new thermal strips and a sequencer in my furnace to get it back to functioning at 100%. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to me so I could understand how a furnace operates. He gave me prices on heating options such as a heat pump or a new furnace. Again Chad did an excellent job today.

The technician was able to diagnose the problem real quickly and have everything back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Taylor heating and air conditioning was a godsend! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called a different outfit that said they couldn't be out till the next week and the price just for showing up to diagnose would be $190.00 plus tax. I knew we couldn't wait that long as I was trying to get my 92 year old mother out of her condo and into out cooled home.
So I called Taylor after seeing their ad for $59 to diagnose and could come the next day! Wow! I was so thankful! They were so nice and professional from the gal I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who came and did the work. Brandon was so nice and was so good about explaining everything to us. In no time he had us up and running! Such a great company and family owned. I will for sure do all my business with them from now on!

Very awesome customer service and support from the very beginning. Was expecting a long time for scheduling being the beginning of summer but only waited a week and a half for installation because of my schedule. Complete new furnace, heat pump and circuit wiring installed from nothing but the furnace before. Guys were great to talk with through out the day, even had to call reinforcements in to make sure everything was working correctly and running great in one day.
It was a lot of work with even some custom ductwork they formed right in the front driveway, not leaving to come back later. The house feels amazing now. I almost went with another contractor off recommendations from a friend, but will only recommend Taylor to anyone I talk to from now on. Great team to have around.

Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

Donny was extremely professional and had great communication even before making it to the appointment time we were given by the office. He reached out to get a better understanding of what system we had and sent me pictures to help me identify specific things prior to him arriving. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Found our problem quickly and got parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled for the next day. He was easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth by being so proactive.

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.
We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system. Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product. Good company to work with.

The initial consult went so well and he even helped explain quotes we received from other companies AND was able to beat their pricing for better units. Chris and his team showed up to install and it was nice to have them text when they were on their way, call with any questions/concerns during installation, and have them finish so quickly. We called Taylor to come in and inspect and give us an estimate as PSE transformer blew and send a 150 volt power stream to our house, which we were told blew the electric motor on our furnace by Hunt HVAC at a repair cost of $1300, additionally shared with us that they have had a lot of trouble with the brand of furnace that we had installed. Next, a technician from Taylor HVAC came in, inspected our furnace (only 2.5 years old) and told us that the internal breaker in the furnace has popped and he set them, told us to turn the main breaker on the main box for the furnace on and then he stated, that is all, I can't sell you anything when there is nothing broken!
We paid $59.99 for the inspection, previously we had paid $170 to Hunt HVAC for their "estimated" repair cost (also HUNT HVAC did not show up the day they were supposed to, when we called them, they said they were waiting for the "part", the following day they called us and said that they could come the next day, we declined as we could not stay at the house another day for them to show up!), we had already scheduled the same day with Taylor HVAC, showed up on time, sent us emails and text. no problem with them. This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to share some serious kudos for this company. I purchased a home this past year and used Taylor for the installation of a new furnace, air duct cleaning, and some additional electrical work, including installation of a new electrical panel and installing additional outlets to one of our rooms. Three different crews came out for these various jobs and each one provided excellent customer service.
I don't know how Taylor does it, but they seem to hire people who aren't just competent, but really customer focused. The first two jobs - the furnace install and duct cleanings, went without a hitch. The crews were on time, did their work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves leaving no debris behind. They were all really friendly, very helpful and very patient in explaining the work they were doing.
The third job, an electrical panel replacement with additional electrical work, hit a couple of bumps due to some miscommunication. But Taylor took care of the issue quickly and with a minimal amount of hassle. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they performed and they way they interact with their customers. I would absolutely recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

When this snow hit our furnace decided it didn't want to work anymore. I called Taylor hearing and A/c in the morning and they were so polite and had me scheduled for the next morning for diagnostics. Not only were we scheduled during this bad weather but the service Tech Donny Rogers called and was able to get to us a little earlier. He was so professional and nice and understanding of our situation. Checked everything out efficiently and gave us all the information up front so we could make the best decision for us.
With the issues we decided to move forward and replace the furnace because of the transparency and his expertise. I really appreciate the honesty and quote during these cold times. I would highly recommend using them for your needs and will do another update as the work is performed and we get heat!
