If pressed, I'd say that that I like =most= about having BelRed Plumbing out to fix my kitchen sink is their responsiveness, and the consistently good value for money over time (since 1997). Not only did Dylan LaBreche and Lawrence Plummer do the job quickly and cleanly (and showed us the clog! Man, that clog was NOT going to go away on its own!) but they explained how it happened and how not to have it happen again.
We've been using the same plumbers for more than 25 years (we were Fox Plumbing clients before the recent merger with BelRed). Over the years, the service and the resources they bring to bear continues to expand, while the cost of work/repair has remained roughly the same. The value-for-money is emphatically there. (And my dog remembered them from last year and wagged his tail like an outboard motor, for what that's worth.) So thanks you guys, Dylan and Lawrence! We purely appreciate the work you do in our house!

Our furnace was 30 years old & ceased functioning one cold night. The next day Evan from BelRed visited w/ fine options to replace what we had. He was succinct & knowledgable in-person & helped us feel confident in our selection. Within 24-hours the new furnace was installed by a pair of excellent technicians who took away the old & instructed us re how to use & care for the new model. Jordan & Morgan were a thoroughly professional team who completed the installation in less than 4 hours, including cleanup. Hector was very experienced and thorough in servicing our 2 furnaces. He also made time with installing a new thermostat as it was a last minute request. At the end of the appointment he took the time to address what he did and what issues needed to be done. They were very thorough and was extremely empathetic when sharing the news that the installation would unfortunately require the upgrade of the fuse box. Marshall carefully walked me through the steps and even attempted to give me the worst case scenario cost to our project. Gabriel Huevara was sent to help with an issue I had with a new heating and cooling system installed by a different company that went out of business. He spent 3 hours inspecting it and setting it up correctly. He was very knowledgeable on the modern digital system and digital thermostat. I am retired now but I have spent much time working with airlines on airplane heating and cooling systems. I could tell Gabriel knew his work well. Thanks to Bel Red for sending him.

Conrad was an excellent technician! Our mini split ceiling cassette was making some noise so I figured we might as well have our mini split professionally cleaned. Conrad was efficient and kept me updated on the state of our units (how clean or dirty the drip pan, coils, and fans were) in addition to letting me know how I can best maintain our mini split (like how often the filters needed to be vacuumed, which was more often than I thought)! Highly recommend him and this company for servicing at a fair price.

Jeremy Perro from Fox Plumbing, working through BelRed Energy, installed a water pressure regulator and new ball shut off for a home we own in Issaquah, WA. We live in Vancouver, WA and my only interaction with Jeremy was over the phone and by text. I have a very positive feeling with Jeremy in the way he communicated with me, explained what was needed regarding the repair/replacement, and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Jeremy did a first rate job and was very conscientious and professional in keeping me informed of what was needed and his opinion as how to proceed.
The water pressure regulator was something Jeremy said was needed to reduce the city water pressure of over 90 psi to a safe level of 60-65 psi. The photos he sent me of the before and after repairs speaks volumes. It is nice to work with a skilled plumber who know his trade, honest, and customer focused.

Everything was done well. Very neat installation. We are pleased to have A/C now. One tiny, tiny complaint: a pile of dirt was left on the lawn that I had to clean up. We really appreciate the electrician avoiding the installation of a sub panel which saved a significant cost. Working with BelRed both with the recent install of A/C and with the install of a new furnace in the early spring was great!

Of the four companies I contacted to obtain an estimate for gas furnace replacement and heat pump installation, one did not show up as promised and two did not perform a proper inspection and evaluation to determine the best type and size of equipment to use. Bel Red's representative that performed the installation spent about two hours measuring, inspecting and consulting with other specialists to determine what was needed and only then provided the three estimates I requested.
The pre-installation and installation technicians were also prompt, professional and personable. The job was done on schedule, looks good and each step was reviewed with me, including a complete review on how to operate the system. I haven't used this new equipment enough to judge it at this point (the Trane furnace fan does seem a bit loud) but, based on my experience with Bel-Red thus far, I expect that if there are problems they will be promptly addressed and routine maintenance service provided by Bel-Red will be effective.

Today the BelRed crew came to replace my furnace and install a new AC unit. Michael and his team composed of Russel, Daniel, and Justin were very efficient, definitely top notch work. They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their work. Daniel checked the electrical panel thoroughly (not just the AC switch). Michael made sure that the large furnace fit in the old space, and checked and sealed the unit for leaks. Russel went out of his way to route the AC drain away from the walls. Justin was very patient explaining the surge suppressor function on the switch. BelRed will come back next week to complete the wiring and program the thermostat.

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access.
Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working. Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up.
Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.
He was always friendly and yet very professional. He's the kind of guy who makes it easy to recommend BelRed to others we know in the area who might need such services. It was a pleasure working with him.

I just purchased a new Bosch heat pump. I was apprehensive in the beginning not knowing anything about HVAC, but after the consultation, I felt educated and confident. Laura K. was my sales consultant and I couldn't be more pleased. Laura arrived on time, very friendly, but more important very thorough. She had an answer for just about all of my questions (which were many).
The questions she couldn't answer she got an answer for quickly. She knows her equipment/brands! I worked with her for about 3 weeks before I finally made my decision to go with BelRed. Not once did I feed pushed or rushed. Punctual, professional, informative, very thorough, excellent follow-up. What else can a client ask for?
