This is a composite review for everyone who came out to deal with replacement of my old AC & Furnace plus the installation of my new tankless water heater & the electrical issue in the bathroom here. Good company that gives professional service. Gave me an option of an expensive repair on my 20 year old furnace or to replace. Also that the air conditioner was nearing its end. I went for replacing both. They were able to do it the next day. Veniamin was the installer. Nothing but praise for him. When he pulled up the old air conditioner, the deck boards under it were rotted. I had some treated boards and he cut them to size and repaired the space. I was amazed that they could get electricians on such notice also. Thank you Sunset and Veniamin!

We had a couple of hiccups trying to get this scheduled, as I kept getting moved later on in the week due to some technicians being out sick. However, once I received the appointment and estimate from Tad, I was very impressed with Sunset Heating and Cooling. Bree in the office was also fantastic at talking care of me throughout the week. Finally Justin arrived and did the work quickly and professionally. My Dad inspected it and commented on what a nice job he did.

Just replaced my 29yr old AC unit and 17yr old furnace. My service tech, Shavon was Awesome! Professional, personable and knowledgeable. She spent close to 2 hrs diagnosing, suggesting options with no high pressure tactics. That was on a Saturday. Monday morning the installer was on the job as promised. Veniamin and his partner did an excellent job! The electrician as well. Great service, great company!

We've been having intermittent problems with our 3 y.o. top-of-the-line RUUD heat pump. This time the air conditioning went out, I called on a weekend, Ryan came out first thing Monday morning, patiently researched the source of our annoying recurrent problems, even called the company, finally determined that we needed to replace our line set. Two days later installer team Jared and Gabe spent a whole day installing a new line set and new air purifier, then Jared spent the whole next day doggedly troubleshooting a surprise operating problem. Jared worked especially hard, above and beyond! Now everything is fixed, hopefully for a long time, and we are happy and satisfied customers of Sunset!

The technicians informed me of their impending arrival and they showed up on schedule. They were professional and friendly. After locating the old units, they went directly to work removing them. Justin answered our questions thoroughly and pleasantly. Upon completion of installing the new HVAC system, we were informed of what to expect upon each test of the system.

Unfortunately it was the end of our HVACs life. Our HVAC was less common, a large duel unit that left limited options for a replacement. Pretty quickly we discovered replacing this particular unit would be a special case. Our experience with other companies consisted of chasing down bids where we were told to expect a quote within day or two followed by having to check back sometimes a week later and often times crickets. However, our experience working with a Sunset technician for replacing the unit was top notch.
We were given a quote very quickly along with all the details needed to make an informed decision to move forward with confidence. Dynamite service! Experience with installation crew was also wonderful. Excellent team and services! I could not recommend enough.

They were also willing to get it permitted (surprising that so many didn't want to) and did so successfully. Filipe and Julian were an efficient and effective team.
