Oliver quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through my options based on cost and durability. Once we aligned on an approach, he got to work, kept me in the loop, and at the end walked me through everything. I am a new home owner so he also taught me about the various water shutoffs in the crawl space. Would definitely call CPI again for my needs.

Trever came out early and was very helpful giving us multiple options and informing us that our piping underneath the house wasn't sloped properly. I had a pipe that seemed to have burst and split underneath my house. As I was looking to shut off my water I called CPI for emergency assistance in helping to repair my piping as I had no idea where the pipe originated from and was connected to. Arnaldo was a consumate professional. He did an assessment of my Mitsubishi heat pump that was not working and found a simple solution to the problem. He spent the time needed to help me understand all the assessment steps he took to fix my heat pump. Thank you for making sure my home will be warm this winter and providing me a plan for maintenance in the future. CPI was very responsive to my online request for an appointment and taking the needed information so Arnaldo was well of the issue needing to be addressed. We have used CPI several times over the many years. The last year we had a major water leak and damage. Mike Smalanska and Francisco Mendoza came out quickly and assessed the damage and what needed to be done. Nothing starts until all has been explained to you and what the cost will be. We have always had excellent serive, work and response from CPI and trust the completely.

Brandon Armistend and his partner (I don't remember his name) did a couple of plumbing requirements for me that were on an inspection of my house that is for sale. They replaced a wax ring on one of the toilets and also replaced a leaking hose bib which was a difficult job because of my crawl space. They did get both done and were very informative and courteous. Did a great job.

I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.
I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.
I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

They were quickly responsive, had a workable solution, reasonable price quote, and polite. I have started the process to get them back to do the work. They came back in about a week and fixed the shower and created an access to the plumbing so we didn't need to destroy the tile. So pleased! Thank you, CPI guys! Ryan came out to fix the leaky broken wax ring under the toilet the very same day I called. He even crawled under the house to make sure the subfloor was ok. Thank you!

Bought a 90's manufactured home and needed a full re-plumb to get all the poly-b out, and might as well get a water softener and filters if I'm getting a full re-plumb. Their technician listened to all my needs and concerns and implemented a custom plan that met all of them. In addition, it wasn't until after the work was done that I noticed that they had run a new drain pipe along the outside of my house that didn't look super flattering; on my request they promptly came back out and re-ran it under the deck and looks much better.

Chris was great. I had a leaking water faucet on the house exterior. I asked to have it capped since it was in an odd place anyway, a prior owners brilliant idea, but it was negatively affecting the siding where it had been placed. We have a new construction house with a tankless and the plumbing company that installed it made it so you couldn't shut off any of the valves to flush the unit for maintenance. Brenden came out and fixed the valve and added another one, fixing our issues. Was a blast to talk too and everything looks great!

Wesley and Jon worked on our clogged pipe and diagnosed our leak. They both were very professional and explained what had to be done and promptly fixed our issue. Thank you for having such knowledgeable technicians who knew exactly what to do to resolved our problem. On a return visit they fixed our pipes, Jon was the lead it appeared and kept us updated on the progress and worked diligently in the rain.
We have the upmost confidence our issues are fixed and we will not have any further Problems with those particular pipes. Although the bill was pricey we feel the prompt and outstanding job is worth it. Thanks for the great work Jon.
