Rockstars. Inspection was super thorough and informative, and he even gave me some extra advice as a new homeowner (and lawn care!) that was super helpful. He sprayed and the next day our movers came, the ants at our door were already gone and we didn't see anything other than flies make it through the doors!

Anthony and his team here are the absolute best, no question about it. Anthony is always right on time, extremely professional, a great person, and has a real eye for any and all potential issues. He doesn't just treat issues with a temporary solution, rather does what is needed to prevent future issues, even coming up with clever ways to prevent issues when you think there is no solution.
He is transparent of what to expect and we used him at our previous townhouse and now at our new home. Anthony is the only one we trust with any type of pest issue or prevention.

We were at the end of our rope with a mouse problem and AR1 helped us out. They took what they described as a different approach from other exterminators. Anthony was professional and always on time and was committed to helping us rid our house of pests. The more he listened to exactly what we were telling him the better the service got. AR1 is one of the few pest control companies that will properly address a mouse issue by sealing up any entry points in your home followed up by monitoring to make sure no more mice have entered. Other pest control companies just hand you a bunch of glue traps and snap traps, and that is it. Frankly, that solution does not address the root cause of the problem. We were very happy with the services offered by AR1.

I called AR1 Group for a pest issue we were having in our home. Anthony arrived and investigated every possible space where the critters could be. He showed my wife and I evidence of an infestation that we didn't even know existed. He used eco friendly traps to catch the vermin already living in our home and most importantly he took the time to educate us on how to keep them out. Great professional service. I would recommend AR1 group to anyone having a pest issue.

Having had a great experience with AR1 Group at my residence I chose them for my workplace when we thought we might have termites. No termites I'm glad to say--their honesty is appreciated. The preventive measures we took were very reasonable considering the size of our space, etc. We would highly recommend--again!

Scheduling was easy and the company was able to send someone out the next day. Technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected the perimeter of the home as well as the attic area. Pricing is on par with other small companies. I will use this company again for regular control.

Had a snake in the apartment that needed to be found FAST and taken care of. Anthony was able to come out same day I called, found the thing and took care of it. He surveyed the apartment and all areas that the snake could have potentially entered the apartment. He is now working on custom fittings to help prevent anymore critters from getting into the apartment. Very please with the customer service and professionalism. Thank you.

We had multiple incidents the previous week with animals scurrying around in our attic and wet wall of our condo. I scheduled an appointment with AR1. Despite the winter storm, Anthony arrived on time and was very courteous, efficient, and professional. He examined our attic, our kitchen, and the external building structure. He gave an honest assessment of what would be effective and, more importantly, what would not be. While we wish we did not need their services, we are very pleased with what we seen so far.
