I personally have never had to use Cullem but my father is one of their lead technicians. They are an amazing company. Most of the guys do an amazing job!

The dispatcher was pleasant and understood our need. The technician was awesome, he didn't just say it's fixed sign here. He took the time to explain what was happening and why.

When they say 24 hour service they really mean it. We called after midnight on a Saturday and the tech was here by 2:00 AM! He was done and we were back in operation before daylight.
