A nitrogen-reducing septic system — also known as an Enhanced Nutrient-Reducing septic system, Enhanced Nutrient-Reducing Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System (ENR-OSTDS), or ENR septic system — is designed to reduce the amount of nitrogen released into the environment from septic systems. Traditional septic systems are primarily designed to treat and dispose of wastewater, but they may not effectively remove nitrogen. The presence of excess nitrogen in wastewater can contribute to ecological and water pollution problems.
Commercial septic system engineering involves designing, installing, and managing a septic system that has commercial and industrial properties. The commercial septic system engineering process involves several key parts, but it typically starts with a comprehensive design phase.
We work with carefully vetted partners to provide residential septic services, all under the supervision of our experienced leadership team. We also complete work right the first time. And while we’re not your least expensive option, we provide incredible value because a system that is installed and maintained properly from the start will last longer. As Master Septic Contractors, we are also up to date on the most recent guidelines for regions that require new onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems.
Performance-based septic systems are intended to make traditional septic systems more efficient and better for the environment. These systems go above and beyond the basic functions of standard septic systems and are especially useful in places where the soil, the size of the site, or the rules and regulations make it hard to build and use standard septic systems correctly. At Southern Water and Soil, our septic engineering team can design a performance-based septic system that meets your needs.
Dealing with a problem with your septic system is never a fun experience. Depending on the scope of the issue, you may have a slow-moving drain or a backup on your property. But if you’re in or near Dade City, Florida, you can count on our team at Southern Water and Soil to perform septic repair and maintenance services.
I had Greg and his team install a completely new system at my house. Tyler and the crew that did the job were fantastic. I even accidentally caused some damage to my drain field and Greg and Tyler immediately came out and fixed my mistake. Quality work that they stand behind for a fair price. Highly recommend
I am very pleased with Southern Water & Soil. I had a complete drain field installed with lift station. His crew was great and did the job in a professional manner. After the job was complete we had more rain water coming onto our driveway than before, this was making it very soggy around the driveway area. This was due to the height of the new drain field and the slope back to the driveway.
I called Greg and he took care of the issue by installing a pipe and a couple catch basins where the water was pooling thus channeling the excess water away to the culvert. He suggested this, scheduled it and had this done with no hassles and no extra charge! It took care of the problem. Greg stands by his work and makes it right without complaint.
I had a couple other questions for him and he always returned my call promptly and resolved them. It is well over a year now and the system is working fine. Excellent service and I would highly recommend (and have) his company to anyone needing his services.
