Septic Tank alarm was going off. Called AAA Plumbing and they were here within 24 hours. Long story short, thanks to technician Brian, it was discovered that we have 2 Septic Tanks, not 1. The two other technicians, Ian and Chris had a really difficult time locating the second tank, which could not be located because the entry lid was 3ft under ground and 10 feet away from the larger Septic Tank which has an above ground entry lid.
After probing for many hours, they were able to locate it. They used a backhoe to expose the lid, they pumped it, replaced the lid back, filled in the other two holes where they searched, cleaned up and they were done! Minor damage done to Landscaping lighting but I expected far worse results because they were working around two ornamental trees, plants, Irrigation as well as low voltage wiring. Very professional group of guys.

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

AAA city plumping did a great job. Joe Keever came out repiped our whole house that had poly and dura pex. Minimal cuts in the dry wall, cleaned everything up and pulled out our old hot water heaters and installed a new tank less. Even fixed up our dishwasher line and pulled out what looked like an old well/pump that was in the house. Shane did a great job overseeing everything was done correctly and communicating with us along the way with regular status updates. I would definitely suggest these guys for any plumbing needs.

I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Should I have any septic problems in the future, I will definitely call AAA City Plumbing.

AAA City Plumbing did a great job. I called in the AM and a tech was out by the afternoon. The technician, Shane diagnosed the problem and gave me my options and estimates. He was very courteous and efficient. The work was completed the next day. I am very pleased with the company and Shane did an excellent job!
