I have recently experienced three roofing jobs completed by Bryton Roofing. The first job was replacing the shingled roof on my church. Shortly as this, due to storm damage, I had to have the shingles on my own home replaced. I did not hesitate contacting Bryton Roofing for the job. Them came out, inspected the roof, and put on a tarp until the roof could be either repaired or replaced. An insurance agent was sent by Farm Bureau and verified that I had enough damage for an entire shingle roof replacement. Thirdly, I recommended them to replace the shingles on my niece's home.
All these jobs went smoothly. Both Bryan Christian and Will Strickland were very professional and responded promptly to any questions I had about the jobs. They followed up by inspecting each job after completion. Their workers were meticulous about cleaning up the properties and not a single nail was left behind on the property. I would highly recommend this company for any future roofing jobs. You will not be disappointed. Kudos to Bryton Roofing!

These guys helped me file a claim from start to finish. They were very efficient and responsive through the entire process. From the initial inspection of my roof damage through the insurance process to the selection of shingle type, color and eventual installation and cleanup, everything they did was excellent. First I want to say how pleased I am to find someone in this trade that takes the time to explain the whole process and then works with you and the insurance company and not leave you alone to try and justify a claim. After a hurricane Isaias I noticed a few pieces of shingles on the ground. There wasn't many at that time, mostly small tabs. However, every time we have a small wind now I am finding more pieces of shingles on the ground; again not many. Figuring the age of my roof is a little over half its life and still water tight, I assumed the insurance company will not cover this and did not pursue the matter. Bryton Roofing replaced my neighbors roof and I must say, they did it quick and cleaned up well and the new roof looked fabulous.
Will Strickland from Bryton Roofing knocked on my door and introduced himself. He said he noticed several pieces of missing shingles on my house while doing my neighbors house. He asked if he could do a roof inspection at no cost. I authorized it and Bryan, the owner, came out later to do the inspection. He found quite a few missing pieces of shingles, which I expected, but he also advised me there are quite of few lifted shingles, which means they too will tear off as the wind gets under them.
He told me that my insurance should cover this. He fully explained the process, the quality materials they use, and was willing to meet with the adjuster when he comes out to identify what he found. I was out of town the day the insurance adjuster scheduled, but Bryan did show up as promised and long story short, the insurance company authorized my claim.
Will worked with me and the insurance company and advised I only will have to pay the deductible. The Bryton Roofing crew is top notch. They work hard and as quickly and safely as possible. My roof takes more than one day to do. The crew never left my roof compromised and stayed until dark to make sure if there was rain, the partial job would not leak.
I am completely satisfied with the quality of materials, workmanship, and the appearance of my new roof. The people at Bryton Roofing are top notch and if they say they will do something, they will.

We had a great experience with Bryton Roofing. They communicated very well and arrived on time when they said they would for each inspection, repair, the post inspection. Spent time with us going over our options and helped us through the whole process including insurance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of roofing needs.

I am thankful that Bryton Roofing came by to look at my roof. A Trustworthy company. Men of their words. They worked very hard on my behalf conversing back and forth with the insurance company because the insurance only wanted to repair spots on the roof. They gave me play by play of what they were going to do throughout the process. And because of their diligence. My end result was a full roof installation. 5 star all the way!

I am a real estate agent, and I reached out to Bryton Roofing about a property I had just found out moments before badly needed repair or replacement. Bryan, who I I have never worked with before, was there in a couple of hours. It was a complicated transaction because of this roof issue and he showed up at least two more times to meet with agents and an insurance adjuster and wrote up a report to help my client get an insurance claim resolved.
As soon as we had it okayed it was just another couple of days before he was able to put on a whole new roof. I was very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, and his great customer service. I have worked with many, many contractors in eastern North Carolina, and this company is right up there at the top. I will definitely recommend Bryton Roofing and use them in the future.
