Because of the reviews, I called NRG because I have a squirrel problem with them getting into my attic through my heavy medal roof. Robert came out looked at the situation and said, I don't want to sell you a new roof, you don't need a new roof, you have the best one made. What you need is to have what's called exclusion done to seal the openings. NRG does not do that.
It was a bit harder to find the company that works on metal, but finally did. So Robert, who is a very pleasant, informative, and ethical person, left saving me lots of money, instead of costing me lots of money. The 5-star reviews are real! I will for sure recommend Robert and NRG-PROS for those looking for the perfect company with the perfect employees, thanks to Robert, I can go on vacation now, instead of paying for a new roof. Wow! This was the easiest process I have even had to do. I requested a quote and the response was quick! They came the next day to give me my free estimate. I had already had 4 other estimates so when I got this one it was clear that they were one of the best priced for a full roof installation with some additional perks added since I signed up that day.
The financing process was easy and the next week they started my roof! Dan, who provided the estimate explained everything step by step as did the project manager and the crew who worked on the roof. I had lost many of the shakes from my twenty-seven-year-old roof in the winter storms. Companies canvassing our neighborhood were beginning to approach me. I had already decided to buy a new roof come spring. That gave me time to scout around for the best price. I had only gotten a few estimates when I met Ron. He struck me as honest, and I was impressed by all the details he gave, but I thought NRG Pros would be higher than the others.
When the bid came in lower, I got to add top-notch gutter guards to my purchase. Around the end of April, Ron called to say the county had given the go-ahead for installation. I had just had surgery and worried I wouldn't rest with all the noise. I couldn't believe it when the construction sounded so quiet I could nap if needed. I was even more delighted when the workers cleaned up, going beyond the call of duty to blow out the debris from the garage.
The project progressed smoothly without any hitches. Eric kept in touch daily, making sure everything went well. The job took just three days, and the roof looks incredible. I highly recommend NRG Pros.

Good day people! My neighbor is elderly and her roof was looking so bad, I could almost see daylight through the roof. We have been neighbors for over 25yrs and she is up there in age. She comes to me periodically for advice and help. She brought me a roof estimate and I offered get more. I got to 9 estimates. NRG was not the lowest, but I was impressed by the owners presentation and demeanor.
So much so, that I went ahead and replaced my roof at the same time. I probably had 5yrs left on mine, but I figured with inflation and having the cash on hand. Better then, than now. Had I waited, I'd be paying interest on a loan. NRG crew was outstanding in their performance. I felt genuine respect through the whole process! You will too.

If I could give NRG Pros 1,000 stars, I would. In the summer of 2022, I had to have my windows replaced. I contacted NRG Pros for an estimate, and Ron was super nice, responsive, and helpful--and gave me a very competitive price. He walked me through every step of the process and told me what to expect. Installation was quick and efficient thanks to Fernando and his crew. Overall, I was really happy.
Then in December 2022, when California started having a succession of atmospheric rivers, my 23-year-old roof couldn't handle all the rain and wind--I ended up with 4 significant leaks by January. I remembered NRG Pros also did roofs, so I called Ron and he got his crew out right away to tarp my house to mitigate further damage. Ron and Juan were invaluable as they helped me navigate the insurance process, once again walking me through every step and being very proactive and extremely responsive.
They had a crew member come out to take pictures of all the damage. Every question I had was answered right away. Ron then sent his team to replace my roof, and this crew was amazing. I dealt mostly with Joe--he was super nice and extremely thorough and detailed (especially with clean-up--A HUGE PLUS). Installation was quick and efficient. Every contractor should conduct its business and provide the level of customer service that NRG Pros does. Everyone I've dealt with is nice, professional, responsive, and actually cares about providing quality, top-notch service. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have found NRG Pros for my home renovation project! After receiving quotes from five other companies and feeling confused or defeated after each meeting, I was beginning to lose hope. Finally a friend referred me to NRG Pros and from the very first interaction, I knew I had found the right team. Jesse was my first contact and he was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process.
I also worked with Eric who patiently answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the project with regular phone calls. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that everything was just right. In addition to their excellent communication, they offered a great value for the price.

Wow! wow is really all I can say. Thank you, NRG PROS for your amazing customer service, and doing great work. During all the madness through these storms Sacramento has been having. My only working bathroom in my house having a roof leak, and being a mom of two small children I've reached my breaking point calling numerous businesses to see if someone would be willing to help.
No luck. No one cared. It's all business to them. Not NRG PROS! I had spoke with Jesse and he immediately can tell how this was taking a toll on me and GENUINELY wanted to help me. He told me unfortunately cannot repair while it's raining but had someone sent over an hour later to put a tarp over the leak to help subside the leak in the meantime until the repair was made.
Immediately the next non-rainy day. He had sent Sam out to repair. Thank you, Sam! You were awesome and even came back multiple non-rainy days to do more coats to make sure it had a good seal. Once was said and done Sam even gave me his card for direct contact if it started leaking again over the weekend. Here we are Monday, and no more leaks! Thank you again guys! I will forever recommend you to my friends and family for the most amazing customer service, and service provided!

Thank you so much NRG Pros for your prompt response and expertise on fixing our roof after a huge wind and rain storm. Luckily, NRG Pros had time to fit us into their busy schedule and arrived the same day after a call. Eddie did an outstanding roof repair job of reattaching the vent hood and replacing several broken tiles. Also, Ron provided before and after pictures of the project and recommended some additional maintenance work that should be done. NRG Pros is the best in the roofing business and we will definitely be using this company again for all our future roof repairs.

I dealt with Ron, the owner directly. I had them replace my roof and install solar panels. They were honest (more on this later), price competitive, and responsive. In 2021, I had a 32 year old wood shingle roof (about 3000sq) ft that took one whole week to remove because there were so many staples and the wood was so old they continually broke off.
The house looked like a war zone. I had them replaced with 50-yr shingles. Ron didn't lie and mentioned that the year thing is a marketing term but should last 30-yrs. He upgraded me to the high reflective style (Corning) at no cost since I planned to get solar panels, even if I didn't go with him for solar. His roofing quote was about 3rd lowest but close to the lower two quotes from family businesses (I got 8 quotes).
He even included leaf cover gutter install at no cost I just provide the materials. A week after the roof was replaced the first heavy rain season came without any issues. In NOV 2022 I shopped for solar panels and got 10 quotes. NEG-PROS gave a no haggle price that was competitive but about middle of the quotes. Ron quoted 360W duo blacks with Enphase microinverters (which is what I wanted compared to my Tesla solar from previous house which had terrible customer service).
I just bought the house so was very impressed that they work with credit unions to finance at shockingly low 3% for 12 years! So with the all in one install and service I went with them for solar as well. Unfortunately supply chain issues delayed the panels. By that time the 360W was discontinued and they now had 400W (~8kW system) which was more efficient but more expensive. Ron honored the original quote!
As it turn out the solar install is through a partnership with a solar install company but I dealt directly with Ron. My electric bill in 2021 was about $200 during the winter (I'm guessing in the summer it would've been about $350 with two AC units). My solar financing is $215/month. My summer electric bill was a credit of up to $10 during the summer so far.
So I am already net benefiting before the solar is even paid off! A year later I went on to roof to blow off the leaves before the first rain of the season and noticed a small damaged roof shingle (probably from the solar work). I called Ron and he had someone come out the next day to replace the shingle. Pics included.

There was a leak coming from 2 spots in the living room. Called NRG Pros to have them inspect and see where it was coming from. Worked with Jesse throughout the process. They were able to have someone take a look the same day and also gotten it taken care of the following day. Pleased with their work and the process of this.

We were in need of some roof repair after we found a leak. After calling a dozen other roofers with little or no response. I was able to get in contact with Ron. He was an excellent communicator and did what he said he would do. This was a time when we had multiple storms coming through and we needed help ASAP. He sent a crew over to do a free estimate with multiple options for level of fix. Afterwords his guys tarp and sealed the troubled area for no cost.
We scheduled it between storms and he contacted me when he had his first break in the weather. Crew came out and made quick work of the repair. Just a heads up. Roofers are messy. We had an hour of extra clean up around the yard. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

NRG Pros was brought onto our project replace both a flat and pitched roof on our home that had been irreparably damaged by a negligent solar panel installation contractor. They immediately sensed the urgency of the situation and came to the rescue swiftly with stellar communication and scheduling. They coordinated with the new solar contractor to ensure the job was done right the first time. The roof is beautiful and we can finally sleep at night and cross our fingers for a wet winter! Highly recommend.

NRG did a great job on our tricky roof (pretty tall and steep with lots of different slopes). The new roof was in the middle of other work we were doing on the house and we had to coordinate with three other contractors to get everything done, and NRG was super helpful throughout, especially working out scheduling with the others. When a piece of flashing went missing after a different contractor came through, we called NRG and it was fixed within the week. Ron (the owner) was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions (and we had a lot of questions!) so we felt reassured through the whole project. The new roof looks great, and it went about as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a home/roof inspection a little over a year ago and couldn't get a response from the company who performed it, but luckily my realtor referred me to NRG and I had a great experience. According to the inspection, 2 roof tiles were broken and the valleys needed cleaning. Juan was very responsive and got a rep out quickly who actually fixed 15 broken tiles and filled 2 large garbage bags full of debris at a very competitive price. I appreciate that they take before and after pictures and share them via email. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

NRG Pros were very professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would and cleaned up every day. The roof has a warranty beyond our expectations and the price was extremely competitive. I would recommend using this company without hesitation. After they were finished the salesman came out to make sure we were happy. He noticed a detail that he wanted changed for visual balance. Had a crew member back to the house within the hour to address. Great group to work with.

These guys are great and fast!. My roof needed replacement due to insurance issues not covering my home due to its worn roof. Called these guys up and set up a appointment for a quote. Robert came to our home and quoted us a great quote! We went for it and told us they will call in a few weeks to get started. Robert called back a week later and they will start on Monday 5/23 at 7am.
They came right at the dot and got to work. They tore up the old roof and intalled the new roof in 2 days. I was suprised how quick they are! I highly recommened if you need roofing done!

When we signed up to have our solar installed, we were referred to NRG Pros to have our roof brought up to speed; in our case that meant an older flat roof and newer terra cotta tile roof. It quickly because clear that installation of the solar over the tiles would require relating various vents. Ron gave us a solid estimate up front, and accommodated each wrinkle as it occurred.
One of the best aspects: he returned every call within minutes - no delays, no hemming and hawing. The work was done on schedule and appears impeccable. We would highly recommend him and NRG Pros.

You really don't need to look anywhere else to get your roof taken care of, NRG Pros are the best choice! I got 5 quotes, calling a total of 8 companies, 3 were non responsive or don't work on steep roofs like mine. NRG Pros wasn't the cheapest or most expensive quote. They were in the lower middle range. What stuck out was the following: They included $500 in water damage in the quote, they prefer installing 50 year aggregate, they train and pay they workers more than their competition, and they guarantee their work for 10 years.
The best part is the owners call you every day to make sure everything is running smooth. Both owners showed up to review everything with me. There was a little bit of my old roof around my house and the owners themselves picked up around my house. They had their crew come back and clean my place immaculately. There was even a little damage to my front steps and they had my stairs repainted. They even finished my roof and gutters in a week. Seriously don't look any further, it's an expensive investment and this is your best choice!

Our detached garage roof finally given up the ghost and had a huge hole that needed proper fixing. With impending rain storms forecasted within the next week-I put out a emergency Friday call for a roofing contractor for quotes on Yelp. Within 20 minutes, NRG Pros reached out and asked if their owners could come by within the next hour to look at my garage and see what they could do. Whilst they were here, they confirmed that it was definitely needing the entire roof replaced- (1925 Carriage House Garage tarpaper/shingles- last roofed sometime last Century) but the good news was that it was a small /straightforward job.
They quoted me a reasonable price- (approximately 1/2 what another contractor I had spoken with on the phone who didn't have anyone available to come see the job) and they could have their crew do it in 1 day - completed by Tuesday at the latest. Well, whilst 8 other roofing contractors were responding to my Shout Out to arrange for one of their people to come look at the job (sometime) later this week- NRG Pros got the job looked at, bid at a practical price point and done!
I had an emergency problem- They responded to my urgent need - respectfully, with practicality, as something that they could do and immediately fix- as such and they absolutely didn't take undue financial advantage of this senior citizen's vulnerability or lack of industry knowledge-in the situation. Made themselves available for, Answered all of my questions and responded to my concerns throughout this entire process - Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't actually need.
My kind of doing business. I Absolutely was impressed by their professionalism, ethics, transparent/straightforward business practice. The complete job work done quickly, efficiently, (even worked quietly!) and it was as promised-they cleaned up after their work so well, you couldn't tell a major construction job had just been done in my backyard a few hours earlier.
I was especially impressed that the owner called and came back out the next day to review, discuss and inspect the completed job to ensure that it was done right and to my satisfaction. This company completely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. My main house won't be due for another year or two- I definitely know who I'm going to call and trust for the real deal!

NRG Pros did a fantastic job on our roof. Dan came onsite and gave us a quote same day and went over all the details and we signed and the project started 1 week later and was totally completed with little involvement from us. They did a great job. They even removed and reinstalled the solar panels which is not cheap but gave us a great deal. Also insulated the attic And installed gutter guards. Ron the owner followed up and made sure everything was completed properly and in a timely fashion.
They are a true white glove service. One request I have is to keep the home owners in the loop on timelines so they can let there neighbors know what is going on. This was a great and easy experience.

We needed our whole roof replaced. I got several quotes. NRG pros was the lowest so i decided to go with them since most of their reviews were positive. They finished the job in less than a week and did a good job. The real test will be when we get some heavy rain so i'll try to remember to update my review. Replacing a roof isnt cheap, but im happy i choose them and would recommend NRG.

NRG Pros was recommended by my neighbor and she was right! Managers were friendly and efficient, crews were too, even during the hot spell we just had. Prices were reasonable, definitely good value. My new roof looks good and I'm confident it will last longer than me. (p.s. it's a good idea to put a tarp down to catch whatever falls off the edge, even tho it's not a lot. experience is what you get right after you needed it.)

We got a notice from our insurance company mid-January that we needed to get a new roof by March, right in the middle of the rainy season! NRG was able to get someone out right away to give us a competitively priced estimate and go over everything in detail. If you are in the market for a roof and solar you need to hit up NRG Pros! NRG pros comes hiiiiighly recommended for their genuine customer service, competitive pricing and high quality products. My parents needed a new roof and after receiving different bids, NRG Pros was able to provide a quote that was within their budget. They offer financing, reasonable payments options and discounts if paid in cash. Dan, the sales consultant was great in explaining how the entire process works with tear down of the old roof and application of the new one.
He was also thorough in explaining the different roof options. The roof project was completed within a week as promised and it looks great! Buying a roof is not a cheap purchase by any means so make sure you go with a company that is certified and really knows their stuff.

Just had this company complete a new roof on my house, and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and all around very easy to work with. I always knew when the crew would arrive and what they would be doing that day. The finished product is beautiful! They found several things under the old roof that needed fixing and changing, but that was no problem and no extra charges! One price covered the entire job. I highly recommend NRG Pros.

Jesse at NRG responded to our initial inquiry within 24 hours of our outreach to get information on cost and general information. He scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look at our roof that same week. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. He did not pressure us and was very transparent about the process and costs. Once we decided to proceed with the job, NRG set everything up and was able to coordinate funding to pay for the costs.
They made it very easy for us and the work & quality is excellent. I highly recommend NRG for roofing needs and would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
