I was looking forward to having what my husband and I thought was a leak from our faulty garage spigot finally fixed. It had been worrying us for a long time. With some time home from work we got to looking for plumbers online. I found Gardner plumbing through their great reviews on Yelp. Getting them scheduled to come out was easy and the serviceman came on time.
As it turns out- It wasn't a leak after all but just some tightening needed. It promptly stopped leaking. My husband was slightly embarrassed he didn't figure that out sooner- but we are happy they were honest! For sure any future actual repairs we need they will be the first call we make! Needless to say my husband and I both would highly recommend their services!

Our old (19 years) water heater started leaking heavy and suddenly from the top. I tried to figure it out by myself but that didn't look like a simple fix so I needed help. I called to the office and they told me they were fully booked for 2 more days. I explained my situation and told me it might be possible to come over during the night for an extra cost, which I accepted.
Then Armando show's up. A professional and very knowledgeable guy who quickly diagnose and explains to me everything is happening. We needed to replace the whole 75gal water heater and he made several calls during the night until he was able to open up an store and find my new replacement. They were working hard and long, explaining to me everything I needed and finished up close to 1am with a brand new water heater, and a lot of new knowledge on how to take care of it. This was a Great great service

Shane showed up promptly at the beginning of the repair window I was offered. He was extremely courteous and informed me exactly what he was doing. Once he found the problem he fully informed me of my options and how to complete the repair. I will for sure be using their services again!

This is the third time I have had Gardner Plumbing out to fix various plumbing problems. Each time the tech was kind, respectful and efficient. Most recently, TJ came out to work on a kitchen sink leak and replace an outdoor nozzle. TJ went above and beyond the repairs/replacement. Thank you TJ for your excellent work and good deed. There were some imperfections on the original installation interaction and process (the company could have used a scanning tool to find the gas line inside the house instead of cutting so much drywall, and potentially more walls were stained by spraying water than could have been etc.) but I want to get those out of the way first, because the point of this review is to get to outstanding portion of Gardner Plumbing Company's actions.
This is a 5 star review because of a pattern that includes more than the following, but as examples: the company responded quickly to a warranty need 10 months after install, they put themselves in my shoes and made sure to register the water heater unit with Navien, so the issue is documented, so that if if occurs again outside of warranty there is history.
They send surveys to my phone immediately after each survey call. The General Manager of the company takes shifts on their inbound phone call system (the general number, the first-to-answer guy) to "see how the company is doing." What leader does that? A damn good one. Almost no company does that sort of thing, particularly in a trade service. So Gardner, I offer my 5 star review.
I give precious few of them. Thank you for your outstanding service, which as shown by your actions, are based on values. Values I believe bigger than a single interaction between a consumer and service provider; values I consider American, and that I wish all companies would show to their fellow Americans.

Gardner plumbing exceeded my expectations! The scheduling gentleman was kind and courteous and was able to get a technician to come out the same day. TJ our technician was awesome, knowledgeable and went above a beyond to do a tough job correctly. He then made sure the work area was cleaner then when he came. Very satisfied and will definitely refer them.

While doing a project on the house, I turned off our main water. But then I couldn't turn it back on! We called another company and they told us they would come out and "evaluate it" and we would need the water company to come out. TJ came within 10 min of calling and was fantastic! He was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. Would highly recommend Gardner Plumbing!

We were new customers and they still came out the same day for our upstairs bath that had low hot water pressure. We had another company quote over $1,000 and said they had to cut through the ceiling because they couldn't remove the cartridges. Armando replaced both cartridges without having to go through the ceiling for under $300. He even crafted a custom tool for our setup on the spot. Outstanding service and very skilled.

Called 6 other plumbers for a quote on replacing a 1 pressure regulator and replacing an ice maker box. Half didn't pick up the phone or return my call. Three of the ones I spoke with could not provide simple pricing for standard simple repairs without coming to the property. Gardner Plumbing was a pleasure to work with every step of the way.
From the helpful secretary that answered the phone who provided prompt estimate over the phone, to the technician that went to the property and conducted the repair promptly and efficiently, to the follow-up gentleman who assisted with payment. Gardner Plumbing is my new go-to for Riverside County. Answering the phone and answering simple questions goes a long way. Thank you guys!

Mike and his team have shown us that they really care about their customers and their work. We've had plumbers come and quote us for our bathroom repipe and talked about removing cabinets and drilling through walls and costing us $$$$$. Mike came by, gave us other options and low and behold, a reasonable price and the job was done! I have actual water flow to our bathroom!
The guys were fast, friendly and fixed our issues! Most recently, our chimney had a gas leak and we panicked. We got some evaluations and we were shocked and stressed to learn that we would have to rip apart our beautiful brick fireplace. No price was given so the cost of this was probably going to be huge! But AGAIN Nootbaar Plumbing saved the day.
With a little common sense, they figured out a solution, saved my fireplace and my sanity. This cemented my trust and appreciation for this company. I will definitely refer my family and friends because they are honest, reasonable, and do great work. I am very happy!
