I can't remember when I've had a better experience with people working on my house. I work at home but having them there was no issue. they did a wonderful job, and at the end of the day I had AC that works great! on Monday another crew came and cleaned out and resprayed my attic insulation. They did everything they said they'd do and did it great.
So thanks very much to all of you for making my house a much nicer place to be.

David and Nathan were very kind, professional, and informative when they answered the service call and diagnosed our system issues. The whole Right Choice team is responsive and punctual. Josue and Eliud ended up doing a full HVAC install at my home. They were also professional, clean, personable, and did quick work. I would recommend for anyone looking for HVAC services.

Their technician came to my home and checked my AC unit and told me that the AC compressor is bad and they charge me a diagnostic fee of $130 so fortunately I didn't listen to them and ask another experienced AC guy which was also technician he came and cleaned up the unit and it's working fine no problem their diagnostic technician knew nothing about AC unit, I was almost losing $4000 and ended up fixing it for $400. Updated 8/31 Regarding my experience Customer Service did reach out and followed up and started refund diagnostics charges. I appreciate their customer service.

Carlos is responsive, prompt, on time, and knowledgeable about HVAC repairs. We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and wanted someone to come and check out AC. He measured the performance and changed the filter for free. He did an excellent job, and we were happy with his service.

Ryan Okashi gave me sound advice regarding our 2 home units. Within 20 mins evaluation he found the issue. Was prompt and quick going to grab parts needed, repaired our issue and it is now back to perfect working condition. Company as a whole contacted me direct, and notified when they were in transit. Amazing service great company our heater stoped working tonight and Oscar the tech arrived within an hour. He discovered that hour blower motor was burnt and replaced it with a new one.
