My first Google review ever. I had a great experience with this company. Setting up an appointment was easy and quick. Technicians were professional and efficient. Not only is their service fee half of what other companies were quoting, they waived it because he was able to fix it on the spot. Who does that these days? They will be my go-to for HVAC and plumbing!

This is the company you want working on your plumbing needs! I had a major incident at my house. I called the main office (very knowledgeable lady took my call and asked me all the pertinent questions). Brandon arrived within 20 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed immediately and told me what needed to be done. He made sure he got the necessary city permits to dig and put me on the schedule.
He even let me borrow a water key so I could have water during the weekend. He was back the next business day with Jerry and installed a whole new line within two and a half hours. That includes digging up a section of concrete! Not only that, but I had another unrelated problem and he and Jerry advised me on the best way to handle that. As a female, I loathe dealing with contractors and repairmen for obvious reasons but these guys and this company are top notch. From the initial call to the repair, everything was absolutely superior. Add them to your contact list because they're the best, hands down.

Chris G. showed up when promised, he practiced good COVID-19 safety protocols by wearing his mask the entire time and keeping a social distance. The plumbing issue I had was not an easy fix but he worked tirelessly until the job was done completely and correctly and he cleaned up after himself, overall just an excellent experience. I will ONLY use Staten Plumbing from now on!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink leaking and called Staten Plumbing. The technician, Dustin, was on time, thorough, considerate and even helped me with some info on a fridge. The cost was on par with other companies we used in the past and I would recommend Staten.

Awesome work! Greg came out, same day, to address my problem. He was extremely hard working, polite, friendly, and solved my problem as he worked into the nighttime hours. Oh, and he did the job for the best price too! Highly recommend!
