Bryan was awesome. Communicated when he was on his way to our property. He thoroughly explained our options and what carpet cleaning would work best for us ( not the most expensive). Bryan moved furniture and made sure he was careful of everything. Carpets came out awesome and look spectacular. I have a no shoe policy carpet throughout my home that is 3 years old. 1 pug, 1 cat, 3 kids and 3 adults. After 3 years I'm sure you can imagine or know from experience, the carpet still wears down and darkens in high traffic areas. I have a baby who's just begun to crawl. He's all over the carpet when he's not eating or sleeping. We needed our carpets cleaned but were initially hesitant because of the harsh chemicals that carpet cleaning companies use.
We don't want our baby so closely exposed to things with that come with a Prop 65 Warning. We have enough in our daily environment as it is. Very unsettling to hear, considering we've come a long way since the 90s.

Bryan was sent to our house to do a warranty job for urine removal on mattresses. he was very professional & friendly with excellent customer service. I had a great experience with this company. Bryan was great, got a wine stain all the way out of my sectional couch and removed almost all of some dark blue ink that looked like clothes dye that a guest left on my couch. I also had them clean my patio cushions that look so much better than they did. The price was very fair and I had a great experience. I would definitely hire them again when needed.

I had my carpets cleaned today and I am very happy with the results. The carpet was not in bad condition to begin with and fairly new, but now they look and feel brand new. I was drawn to Clean Investment because of their green cleaning methods. As a mother and pet owner, this was very important. The cleaning left my house smelling amazing! This has been the best carpet cleaning company I have used so far. Called around and got some quotes from the other competitors but Clean Investment had the best pricing and overall just very friendly. I had a horrible incident where an exchange current trashed a bedroom and I thought ruined the carpet. This company was responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. They don't try to nickel and dime you with extra unnecessary things. They move all my furniture and put it back in place as well. Most other cleaning companies I've used always would tell me that is not a service they provide. I highly recommend them. I didn't fell uncomfortable having a stranger in my house with this company. This is the first time I've ever had a carpet cleaning service because usually I just used the rental ones from Home Depot and for good reason because most places charge extra to clean carpets in apartments. Well after speaking to the courteous gentleman on the phone(I forgot his name) he informed me that they always run a move out special for apartments only.
I recently had a neck injury and cannot bend down to use the rug doctor machine from Home Depot so it worked out twice over for me choosing these guys. They also informed me, without me asking, that they could move the furniture and that they would take care of all the prep work for me considering I live alone and my injury. They made it so effortless for me and took their time to make it nice for my landlord that I ended up tipping the technician. I'll definitely be using this service in my new place.
