Came in on a Sunday, same day I called, after my outside unit stopped turning and we were without AC an entire night and half-day. The tech (Jaime O) was kind, professional, diagnosed a bad motor and and replaced it quickly. Would definitely use again.

We had our A/C just stopped working one night. I called them after hours and they were the only one who returned my call. I talked to a lady and she gave me a schedule for the morning at 10am. 10 mins before 10am I got a called from their technician Jaime that he is on his way. After 20-30 mins he was able to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for your prompt and good service.

I can not recommend this company enough! We'd been without AC for 3 weeks and were using another company that made several mistakes making our AC situation worse. We called Grande Air Solutions on a Saturday when the original company we used wouldn't come out to help us. Jaime came out and was so kind and thorough - he knew exactly what was wrong right away.
He saw the mistakes the other company made and was able to get our AC up and running within a couple of hours. It was a major fix and with it being a Saturday night, we weren't sure if he'd want to stay to complete a big project, but he did and he was so nice about it! He even stayed 20 minutes after completing the repairs to make sure the AC was working properly and the temperature was going down. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Jaime!

Ivan arrived on time, was friendly and followed good COVID protocols. He was very knowledgeable concerning our HVAC equipment and made suggestions to allow for peak performance. I felt the price for the service was fair. And I signed up for annual service plan, so I feel confident Grande Air will help us stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

We wanted a locally owned business to help us with our HVAC system. Couldn't be happier that we used Grande Air Solutions! They were on time, respectful, and didn't attempt to be pushy about what we needed. The quote was fair and the Technician that performed the install and repair was absolutely fantastic! Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure you receive exactly what you need and nothing more nothing less.
A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Ivan and James are incredibly professional, and we're able to diagnose the issue with my ac within one hour. The system was old, and we had already had previous problems before. We decided to get a new ac system installed by them. The installation was done the same day, and we have noticed a 40% decrease in our electric bill over the past nine months.

My AC stopped pumping out cool air, so I called Grande. They got a tech out 2 hours later at 7:30 and he had me back up and running within an hour. They had great communication, and plenty of notifications and calls letting me know exactly when he would be there. I can't recommend them enough.

Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a "check up" on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair.
When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

Grande Air Solutions have been servicing our AC for the past two summers and have been great. Great service, professional and informative, quick, usually seeing us the same day we call for service. This summer we made the decision to replace our 15 year old unit and Grande, especially Ivan, was very helpful in the whole ordeal. They did all the work in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Ivan even came out a few weeks later to check on everything. We will continue to use them for our yearly ac maintenance!

We have used them for our business and they always come through for us. Very respectful and honest each time we have used them. The staff is always friendly and very helpful with any questions that we may have. They also always do their best to get the problem fixed as soon as they can. Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

I priced out 2 other AC companies before deciding on Grande, they beat the others by 40%. Isael showed up the day before the scheduled appointment to survey the job and did some preliminary work (removed the package unit) in about an hour. The next day they showed up at 8 am sharp and they had our new HVAC system in and operational by noon. These guys know what they are doing and obviously take great pride in their results.

I own a Cellphone wireless business and yesterday my ac was not cooling and i call an ac company to come an fix it but their price was ridiculous they were charging me $8500 to replace the system.
