Trusted plumbing and heating is a fantastic business that was extremely responsive to my complex needs. Our undermount bathroom sink broke and then eventually came unfastened from the countertop in our bathroom. Jim and his staff worked with me on potential repair options and even came out 3 separate times to ensure the new sink and counter installation was done correctly.
Their scheduling staff were very kind and answered the phone every time I called to reschedule even around the holidays. I appreciate their thorough work and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I was lucky enough to have the plumber Grant from Trusted Plumbing and Heating be sent down to my co-op unit in Capitol Hill two times over the last few weeks. He was addressing two separate issues which were not related. In both instances he and his apprentice dove right into the work. They were clean, respectful, good communicators and kept me informed through out the entire process.
Both issues were resolved successfully and in both instances they came in on or under budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Grant from Trusted Heating and Plumbing - if I were you I would ask for him by name!

Had water back up in my dishwasher. Grant W. came out and was able to tell me the p-trap for the sink was too high and my contractor messed up. Contractor is fixing the problem. Great job on explaining the problem and the solution needed. He even found a cheaper work around only plumbers would know. Will call them again if I need plumbing work.

Can't thank these guys enough! We had another plumbing service come out.four hours later with a hole in our wall they quoted us $10,000 to fix our plugged bathtub. We called trusted plumbing and heating for a second opinion and James had it unclogged in ten minutes. Definitely our go to for any other issues we might have in the future!

We came home Thursday afternoon to find we have no water coming to the house. Our well pump was installed in 1973 down to 187 feet. Located Trusted Plumbing & Heating via Home Advisor Friday morning. They said they will be out between 12-3, but showed up to my surprise at 9am. James and Tom did a fantastic job in carefully raising the pipe. I watched and was impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work.
Their integrity showed. Also, I had them replace my 20 year old hot water tank. Being without water I was impressed how well they responded and the quality of work they did. I highly recommend them.
