This company did an amazing job cleaning up and sanitizing after a toilet back up. I called a lot of places and this one was the only one that had the professionalism to answer the phone, give me a quote, and show up at the time they said they were going to show up. I've worked in Customer Service in Hospitality and Served in the Military in my 20 professional career. Very seldom do you find the level of care and service that Daniel @reactic247 provides. I asked Daniel to provide a quote for potential restoration when our walls were open during a remodel. Daniel inspected and found no visual proof needing restoration services.
There were some black marks from soldering of pipes that he explained are sometimes left behind. I found that to be honest and informative. Instead of trying a cash grab for services, Daniel earned my trust for all my future business and referrals. I had mold inspection via sensors ordered previously from a 3rd party. The report came back with a recommendation to remediate due to the "presence" of some mold for 5K.
I found that odd and did research and there seemed to be acceptable levels on the report. The trust I earned with Daniel was compounded when he reviewed the reports and clearly explained that the levels and presence of the mold were well within acceptable range. He informed me that the presence of mold is normal as there are mold spores outside your home.
He explained the outside spore test vs the inside spore test. There was one room with less than 2X the presence of the mold type that was found outside. This is within acceptable levels for that type of mold. You are looking for a 10X variance outside to inside. The point of this is hopefully to educate you as it did me and be on the lookout for companies who send "recommendations" as a means to affect the bottom line on uneducated customers. It is a tactic to send a quote for renovation regardless of outcome in order to obtain business. You can trust Reactic247 with people like Daniel onboard!

My husband and I bought a home and while we knew we would be doing some renovations we thought it would be cosmetic. ha! As we were removing the baseboards we found mold and plenty of it, in various areas of the home. Not the surprise we were hoping. I cannot recommend Reactic Restoration enough, especially Liel Rubinsky as project manager. I had a major leak from a neighbor's kitchen sink into my apartment in Berkeley, CA. Both apartments had to be completed dried out, drywall removed from multiple walls in both apartments, and flooring taken up. This was a major job, all tenants had to relocate. Rubinsky was reassuring and communicative throughout the entire process.
Not only was the plan of restoration clear, but I felt I could also ask Rubinsky for more info about the process as I had never been through it before. Much of the information and advice he provided included but was also beyond the services Reactic provided, and he showed me that he cared about the completion of the project even beyond the services Reactic immediately provided.
He became a trusted source and consistently went above and beyond. Reactic also worked with us to complete a majorly needed task for one of the apartments (a major clear out) and this task included labor hours Reactic didn't bill us for. Again, the general sense was that the company cared about the job getting done well, and pricing was fair and consistent, with some extras thrown in.
All the workers provided by Reactic were professional, timely, and pleasant. Billing was prompt and clear - estimates matched final numbers, nothing was surprising throughout the process. My apartment building is having difficulty with its insurance company. If that was not the case, Reactic would have worked expediently directly with insurance. I hope something like this never happens to me again.
That being said, if it did, I would work with Reactic again without a second thought. It made a major difference to use this small, local company. We initially got a quote from a big national provider, who were often unresponsive and disorganized. Go with Reactic, and ask for Liel.

I had water damage to a wood floor in my kitchen due to a leaky water line. I called them to come out and give me an estimate for ripping out the warped floor and assessing the damage. About an hour after I made the appt., I found some workers to rip it out. I called and canceled the appt. The message wasn't delivered and the restoration expert showed up anyway.
He arrived right after the workers got all the hardwood floor out. But he was very nice about the screw up and said everything looked fine to him, no damage to the subfloor, and no mold and no charge.

My mom used Reactic Restoration for a bathroom loss she had a bit ago. I originally wasn't going to move forward with a claim, but their inspecting technician came out and used a moisture meter and infrared and discovered that the loss was quite a bit larger than what we originally noticed. The water had travelled behind the vanity, into the walk in closet and the living room/ kitchen area.
They came out that same afternoon, on a weekend, to set up drying equipment and plastic walls to isolate the affected areas and worked with her insurance to ensure there was coverage. They took care of the mitigation and even helped with the repairs. My mom didn't have to really do anything to make everything happen. She met with the project manager to pick a new vanity, and everything else, they were able to match and rebuild the home to perfect condition.
I couldn't be happier, because she was happy, and she is far from easy to please. Highly recommend, though I hope I never have to use them. I'm glad they're around in case I ever do.

The guys at Reactic Restoration did an awesome job in a recent Water Damage I experienced at my rental property. The entire 2nd floor was flooded from a burst pipe at 8pm. I called Reactic Restoration by a friend's recommendation, and they were there within 30 minutes! Performed water extraction, set up the drying equipment and came back the next morning to complete the mitigation. Fast&reliable!

Discovered an unpleasant finding during renovations which required us to seek remediation services. Hands down, during a time of such stress and worry, you'll want Daniel Garza as the project manager on your side. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain options to take. We even had a hiccup during remediation and Daniel went above and beyond to make things right. I am hoping we will not need these services again, but if we do, I know who we'll be trusting.

I had water damage from overflowing gutters in my roof and 911 Restoration was very responsive and able to come out immediately to start remediation. They made a stressful situation a bit easier to get thru with their great customer service and prompt response. Liel was great to work with and I was very satisfied with the work performed. I woke up in morning and discovered my kitchen and living room were flooded with 1 of water. I called this company and 2 techs were outside my door within half an hour. They removed all water quickly and set up drying machines all throughout the areas, and left it for 3 days. They were clean, communicative, professional and courteous.

This review is actually for Daniel G. I had severe water damage to my home and the findings seemed to get worse with each day. Daniel was honest, helpful, and felt like he helped like he was helping his friends or family. That's a great trait! He helped me avoid panic. Sewage pipe in crawl space busted. Couldn't wait for insurance and called and spoke with the front staff, they relayed me directly to Office manager Xiomara very patient and understanding. She introduced me to Oran project manager very professional and responsive, inspected within a day based on my schedule and finished the work in a day later. Oran made many recommendations after inspection and didn't pressure, but good to know I had options and what to look out for in regards to possible issues in future with foundation.
Be courteous and leave cold water and bathroom availability for crew, they work very hard and very much often under appreciated. These guys are the true rockstar! Thanks gals and guys for getting my home back to normal Daniel Bay Area

We had a water damage in our home and we call 911 Remediation LLC for restoration service. They were professional and patient and did a great job. Our home was dried out well through their service. Also the home was a rental home so the team was patient to have us resolve insurance claim details and tenant obligation details and pay them. This gave us the time to sort out the logistics details at our end so later on this does not become an issue. Overall quality of work was great and we will use 99 Remediation as our go to company for all water damage issues.

We woke up at 6:30 a.m. to find our apartment flooded and the 911 Restoration team was at our house removing the damaged floors and walls by 8:30 a.m. that day and worked throughout the week to help us get our place back to normal. We had a leak in one of our bathrooms. The first company that did our water mitigation did a crappy job and they couldn't complete the job so we got 911 Restoration to finish the job. We needed the dry wall patched, carpet cleaned and based boards to be replaced. Daniel was the project manager and he was the best. He and his crew was able to finish the job in a timely manner and we were happy with the results- the house looked like it did before the leak. Daniel gave us constant updates and was available to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

My apartment suffered a major leak from a broken pipe upstairs. I looked online and saw that 911 Restoration had good reviews and was Diamond certified. On their site they showed trainings and certifications for their team. I figured they were proud of their skills. They showed up within a few hours to assess my mess and a few hours later the crew came to cut out sheetrock and remove flooring.
They set up the blowers and a dehumidifier. They checked the progress daily. After 5 days they were able to remove the equipment. They submitted appropriate paperwork to my insurance company and I was fully reimbursed for their invoices. The crew was always polite and helpful, while I tried to manage in my torn-up home. I recommend 911 Restoration.
