This company installed a new furnace promptly when our old one died. Also put in an air conditioner. Their service was fine. My only problem was with a lack of communication regarding if and when they would arrive to work. They improved when I asked them to please inform me.

When my furnace went out I was without heat for 3 days. I called this hvac company and they came to repair my heating unit. This hvac company provides fast, quality heater repair service in the city of Hillsboro, Oregon. My family and I ended up purchasing a new system from them that included a lot 99 year warranty on the heating furnace. My kids allergies also went away after they recommended both to clean and sanitize the ductwork.
In conjunction with the ultraviolet uv-light, our indoor air quality has improved. We can tell not only by the way we feel and sleep but also the IAQ apparatus shows drastic improvements. A warm hug and blessings to you'll.

Tuesday July 26, 2022. It was over 100° outside. Our home AC stopped cooling at noon. By the time we got home and tried to selfdiagnosed the issue by 530pm. Most HVAC local shops are closed or closing by 6pm. My brother and I went on a hunt for an AC capacitor at Home depo and Lowe's with no luck. I then called more rhan 10 places and again most were closed.
A few reps did answered my call but were more focused on making an appointment with theirs techs for next month since everyone is slammed with this heatwave. Moreover, I got two calls from two different numbers and one text. Global international Heating and Cooling Co. employees were working on a job in the ungodly heat. They were more than willing to save our lives by providing us with a much needed capacitor in order to get our AC blower back online.
They took the time to help us out and even offered to help us with our AC unit. All other places were not willing to provide us with the capacitor and just sounded as if they wanted to get off their phones. I recommend this company to everyone else and we are planning to hire them and recommending them to our friends and family members. God bless everyone! We are forever grateful and they have earned our business and most importantly, our respect. We need more people willing to work and help others when humanly possible

Everything about this process was excellent and professional. AC died in the middle of a record heatwave. Called several repair places, all of which said they were booked out a month or didn't answer and had full voice mailboxes. Then found Global, and they were able to send a tech over within a few hours. He had the necessary part on his truck, and the repair took less than an hour. Very professional, great service, and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Our AC stopped working sometime last night and getting it fixed became a priority since we're in the middle of a heatwave all week. I called their number at 9 am and talked to Daniel, he was a very pleasant person to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable on everything AC-related.
