Cristy is amazing, She came out to do my spring check on the air conditioning. I asked her about a problem I had with the heat constantly coming on. Cristy is super knowledgeable, professional, explained things very well. I had a problem with heat always being on in one room, she found that The damper that goes to large bedroom, was not wired. She wired it to the zone And found that it had originally been wired to the other bedroom zone instead of to the correct side of the house.
So she fixed it she is outstanding. She is an excellent asset to Elite Heating and Air Conditioning. She definitely deserves a kudos or a great lunch. Thank you for having her come out. Andrea Morse.

I didn't know they made AC technicians so friendly! My heat went out last night and I scheduled with Elite for Nate to check it out at 9AM. He showed up 10 minutes early, figured out the problem within minutes, got my part and had my heater working again in less than an hour! Very professional I already recommended him to another friend of mine.

I received a call that their technician was in my area and could arrive sooner than scheduled and I said that would be no problem. Within 10 minutes of the call Alan arrived and went about the work without delay. He was very professional and ensured to clean up after he had finished. I was so happy when I called because my Hot water heater had totally gone out. I had heard from several people beforehand that Elite was a good company to do business with. I called for service and fortunately they had availability to come out that day and replace my hot water heater. So you can understand how happy I was that it was going to be done that day. Sann Was very prompt in arriving as well as very professional.
He displayed to me that he knew what he was doing which was a godsend. He was able to remove my water heater. Install the new one and within an hour and a half I had hot water again. Thank you so much for being so efficient and making my day.

I've used Elite on several occasions all for air-conditioning related issues. In general I've been pleased with the service but it all depends on the technician that gets sent to fix the problem. Some are very good and others aren't. My most recent experience was for an A/C unit that was no longer cooling the house. The first technician that came out (Joey) was very friendly but completely miss-diagnosed the problem.
He said the unit was low on coolant, which it was, but his solution was to Just refill it with more coolant. Because it's a sealed system coolant can't just evaporate out, if it's low on coolant then there has to be a leak. Of course the coolant he refilled it with just all leaked back out and I was back to where I started. The next technician that came out (Nick) found the leak right away, he said it was leaking all over the ground right in front of the unit and seemed shocked that Joey hadn't noticed it.
He also seemed very surprised that Joey's solution was to simply refill a sealed system and not check for a leak. Fortunately Nick was able to repair the leak and refill the system with coolant and everything is working fine. He also refunded me the $180 that Joey had charged me to refill the leaking system with coolant. Overall I was very impressed with Nick and will be asking for him the next time I have an issue.

Thanks to the company that broke my system, I went 5 days/4 nights during the most recent "excessive heat warning" (June 8th, 2022). Temps in my home were up to 100 degrees. All I needed was some refrigerant added to my old system. The company I called originally broke the Schrader valve (King Valve), then refused to repair/replace it because the system is old, claiming it would be to costly, but they did give me estimates to buy a new system for 10k.shady to say the least.
After deciding to replace the system, and calling a few other places for a pricing, I went with Elite. I'm glad I did. Jay was friendly and down to earth about this expense I was about to take on. Elite showed up that Monday and within 3 hours had the old system out and the new Trane system installed and running. It's quiet, smooth, and works great. Tony and his crew were awesome and Jay stopped by to check on the progress. I would definitely recommend Elite. Thanks Guys!

Today I had my Water heater serviced by Elite Plumbing and could not be happier with both the Technician and the company. I had a water leak in my water heater and had no idea what the problem could be. I was sweating that I had to purchase a new heater witch is very expensive especially being on a 100% disabled veteran's pension. The tech took his time trying to figure out what the problem was for about 45 minutes.
In the end, it turned out to be only an inside valve that needed to be tightened. My total bill was $182.00. The tech could of very easily told me he had to replace the whole water heater, but he didn't. Wow! An honest company and a real trustworthy technician. I'll be calling Elite Plumbing again very soon as I now need a water softener for my home. At least this time, when I call, I will feel at ease that I am not being taken for a ride. By the way, the Technician's name was Sean, the plumber.

I'm glad I found this company. They gave me the best deal on my A/C units out of everyone that quoted me. They had me back up and running in a few days with quality units. My house is now feeling amazing and im ready for many more hot summers.
