I anybody asks me for an opinion regarding EMCO Tech, I would say that I don't think that there is anybody else who gives that sort of heating and AC service as they do. Crew members are very good at fixing AC or Heating System issues. I have used their service in the past and I can say that EMCO guys are always up to the mark.

Heater repair experts did an excellent job replacing faulty and leaky parts. The lead technician was unusually humble and considerate of all things. Our boiler broke down in March 2016. We contacted several companies for quotes. EMCO Tech came in with the lowest price--nearly half the quote from another, well-reviewed local company. I was skeptical. Also, I was wary of the one-star reviews below. When I spoke to the company's owner, Serge, he offered an honest assessment of the negative reviews, admitting growing pains and lessons learned.
I trusted him. He also offered all the relevant details about the boiler installation, including the specific make and model of the boiler. After researching the specific boiler, I felt confident choosing EMCO for the installation. The team installed the boiler within a week over two days. They returned several times to make sure the installation was a success.
As most experts will tell you: A new boiler will inevitably have an issue or two. Our boiler had no real issues, and we've been happy since installation. Everything works great. I'm writing the review now because I've just called EMCO Tech for yearly cleaning/servicing (which was, again, half the price of other companies). I always tell myself: I should write a review for that company (when they're good). So now I'm writing a review! Thanks, EMCO Tech.

Our central a/c decided to self-implode right before the big heat wave this summer. EMC came out on a Saturday to take a look and let us know we needed a new system. Everything was replaced yesterday in a quick, timely matter. He also let us know that we would need a repair done to our heating system before fall, which I greatly appreciate! Great service. They came out to my house to assess an issue we were having with our furnace and because the issue was bigger than initially anticipated, they did multiple house visits for free to figure out how we could fix the problem. We were able to find a solution that was cost effective and did the job. The team installed new ductwork, a new tank and repaired other items.
We were so grateful that Rafael and his team were able to fix our unit during this trying time. They were also extremely nice! The team went above and beyond for the task at hand and I have nothing but the best words to say about them! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Tested the furnace for the cold season that is to come and it would not come on. I glad I tested it before winter really set in. I found this company on Google then came here to Angies list to double verify. I called them and they came out the next day. They had a special which I was able to benefit from. As it turned out something called a capacitor was no longer working in my furnace. It was RELATIVELY affordable to replace.

Air conditioning was acting funny. Originally we thought about just getting the AC repaired but after having the unit inspected by a few companies we decided a totally replacement. We felt that we had the best communication and from EMC and we also felt like we could trust them. They did not try to force us to replace our unit. In fact, the said it was unnecessary but we just had a new baby and we did not want to have it go out in the mist of July or August so we just replaced it. They installed the unit on the promised day and had it done in an appropriate time.

Came back home to Philly to visit my sister and her new baby (my first Nephew) and something was smelling like plastic was burning. It was invading the house. We finally figured out it was coming from the heat vents. We shut the furnace off immediately and called for help. Another company that we called came out and said it was just the filter that needed to be changed.
My sister paid him $87 to change the filter and within the hour of him leaving the house was smelling like burnt plastic again. We didnt even bother to call them back to redo the work. This was too serious to play around with. This time we found EMC online and they came right out, no wait time. The tech said it was the furnace motor burning. It was damaged from years of lack of proper maintenance.
He replaced the motor that day and no more burnt odor or fire scare. The last thing we need with a new baby in the house is a fire, thank Goodness, they were able to fix the probably unlike the first company that we called.

They are really awesome. I called them as emergency due to pipe bursting. They did a great job and fixed the issue right away. The bill was very reasonable. They have replaced two entire units in my rental property's. The prices were very reasonable. They were way under priced from a different person that the manufacturer gave me to replace the units.

He cleaned out our A/C blower-coils and fan! And he showed us how to clean the outside unit as well. we had originally scheduled him to clean out our duct work, but that wasn't what was needed. He worked fast, clean and timely! He even called when he was enroute to our house. couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided.

Great company, the repairman was extremely patient with me as I was late for our scheduled appointment, I was running late and the tech waited about 15 minutes for me to arrive. He serviced my unit and it's a very old unit about 20-25 years old and he has it running like it's brand new, good work, good price, good tech.

I went through Amazon to have my dryer vent cleaned. They were punctual, called in advance to let me know they were coming and were very professional. They pointed out areas for improvement and were very thorough. I would recommend using them. He even helped me with an issue I was having with my gas fireplace.
