The dispatch that answer was also very nice and polite. 5 start for sure. They also very legit have 5 stars in other platforms like yelp etc Make it very reliable. The issue that I had is with heater for rental property. The fixing was included in the s call to come out. Very happy

I had a fantastic experience with H-Town. Of course, my A/C would break down a few days before I have guests coming in from out of town. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the cost to come out was reasonable. Anthony and Brianna were the technicians that came out, and I couldn't have asked for better service. They were so helpful. They explained everything to me, they were on time, and got the repairs done fast. I will definitely use them again.

Unbelievably professional, courteous and honest service. We just had a situation we thought major- No power whatsoever to the Furnace/AC- Breakers all set and reset, thermostat working normally- The technician came out, found a defective wire and replaced it within 20 minutes. No "you need this replaced at $$$ or that at $$$$", simply replaced a wire and moved on. WOW.

We had to change coil on one of our conditioners. We called H-Town company and others to give us estimate. H-Town was one of the cheapest. And they we able to do the work next day! Guys were knowledgeable and did an amazing work just in a couple of hours. I'm so glad that we chose this company over others! I would recommend this company to my friends!

Highly recommend H-Town AC Repair! They respond within minutes after messaging (even at midnight!). both times I reached out in Aug 2021 and now in July 2022. Anthony and Able showed up on both occasions, on time and super friendly, helpful, and professional. Our AC went out on an evening in Aug 2021 and Anthony and Able showed up the next morning and fixed it within hours, giving us detailed explanations of what went wrong, then going to hunt for parts that morning to fix our older AC.
They then showed us how to do routine maintenance. Today, Anthony and Able came back to inspect our AC and gave us their honest opinion of what needs to be done going forward. They were early for the appointment and called to ask if that was ok! To reiterate: Incredible communication and professionalism!

Our technician Billy Garcia was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. We have a newly built home and the a/c was leaking fluid through the walls, it was really frustrating so I called h-town at around 8 am and by 1 pm Billy arrived that same day. Grateful for the quick turnaround time!

My issue was confusing, but Alex was flexible, kind, and very strong. He moved a full fridge on broken tile, all on his own. He then competently fixed the problem, and was always very respectful and kind. I will call them again, even when it is not an emergency.

There were times my Heater wasn't turning on and also needed a nice inspection. Called Htown and right away made me an appointment for next day. Anthony showed up and was respectful and even offered to removed his work boots until he entered the attic.

I am not one to post reviews or recommendations but I felt I should with the service I got from H-Town A/C Repair. They replaced my 3.5 ton AC unit for half the price of the highest bid. I am a pretty picky customer and they met all my requests. They stand behind there service and products too. I solicited about 10 bids and H-Town was $5000 cheaper than the highest bid for a Trane unit.
The highest bid was from a contractor that was the lowest bid 2 years ago when I had my first unit replaced. I wish I would have found H-Town 2 years ago. I highly recommend you check them out. They have good reviews and I can confirm their high rating!

Ive used these guys numerous times and they are absolutely AMAZING. I wish other service companies were as affordable, straightforward and honest as these guys. I will gladly wait an extra day or two for service from h-town than get much worse service same-day from some other company. Can't recommend these guys enough

These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable around my two ACs. I had a broken coil and every other company I called wanted to charge me as if they were doing open heart surgery. these guys did the whole thing and went out of their way to work around my working hours. Also, honorable mention to Mark who does a great job answering all of my questions over the phone and quickly gained my business. One thing to "fix" would be to mark their car "H TOWN AC REPAIR" but maybe they just have not gotten around to it. Thank you all!

I have a property that I am renting and I had an issue with the ac. Didn't work. I have a bit history with this ac unit and already spend a lot of money and I was hoping that I am not going to pay much right now. I was calling to h-town and answer a polite person. I was scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule and that was not an issue. When dimitry the tech come he was not spending time, figure out the problem ( some disconnected wires and some electrical issue) and fix it immediately. The fixing was include in the service call. Everything done professionally from start and I had to write this review show appreciation. Thanks a lot! Thumbs up

Upstairs A/C was on the blink and it was HOT! Called and they scheduled in morning of 2nd day after call. Office called to confirm tech on way. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and worked without my feeling the need to watch him. Wrote up invoice neatly and explained it. Was responsive with pricing for my question about maintenance deal, but did not try to upsell. We will be doing the maintenance deal with them, moving from a highly advertised provider. We are very pleased with our experience.

I have worked with other AC companies and was left with the impression that they're all a bit shady and difficult to work with. I am pleased to share that H-Town AC & Heating Service is different. They performed a full residential system replacement, including ducts. Pricing was competitive and straightforward (and did not change during installation), and their team was fast, professional, clean, and easy to work with in my home, despite the fact that my house proved more difficult than I believe they expected.
Following the installation, we had an issue with our new thermostat (component failure--not H-Town's fault), and their sales person/talented technician came back the same day, taking full responsibility for resolving the issue within a few hours. After working with other AC companies in Houston, I can't recommend H-Town enough. They're doing a lot right!

This is probably the best service company that I have used. Not only did they answer right away but also came out the same day when it was convenient for me. They were also right on time. The technician Dimitri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He also showed me what he did and demonstrated the results. He answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with. Pricing is very fair.
I was installing a maintenance item that another company recommended during a recent checkup but wanted to upcharge by nearly 200%. I am definitely using H-Town for all my HVAC needs in the future and will recommend them to others as well.

We live in a condo and asked that the repair person call us when he arrived so we could provided access to the building and our unit. He called as soon as he arrived so I appreciated the communication from the office to the repair person! Repair person arrived on time, went up to the roof in our condo to check our unit and sure enough it was low on freon.
He checked our unit inside our condo to verify all was well, checked the thermostat and remounted it as it was very loose (it was new and not mounted securely). We were good to go! Unfortunately freon is getting more and more costly to use and our unit is quite old and needs more frequent attention so we'll probably have to purchase a new one in the near future.
Until that time, around the clock has helped us keep this old one running! We've used them several times and have been fortunate to have knowledgeable and efficient repairmen each time. On time, competent, easy to schedule, always have needed equipment. Will use again! Not sure about the exact date of service as I'm late entering this review.
