I can't say enough good things about JLK Mechanical! When our air conditioning went out we called a couple different companies to come take a look and get quotes. We had a big name company come out that quoted us DOUBLE what JLK Mechanical quoted us. They came out on Wednesday for the initial diagnosis and were back out Friday morning and ready to install. Rob came in first thing in the morning. Replaced an older a/c unit with a new high efficiency heat pump. Including installing a new thermostat and rewiring he was done in 4 1/2 hours. Would recommend him to anyone!

Called yeasterday when i came home to a 90 degree house jim had a technician at the house in a hr working on it. Got the air going so i could sleep. They were very professional fast and friendly. Also when the work order was sent in a picture of the technician that was coming was sent to my phone so you know the guy that shows up is who its supposed to be very safe. JLK is the best! We had an AC emergency just a few days before we were supposed to close on our house. Rob came over at 5:30 on a Friday evening and found the problem. Roland was out a few days later and got everything back working properly. These guys took away all our stress and handled everything!

These guys are top notch. I sold my home and the hvac went out after I moved. The new owner called me and said that another company was going to charge him $1,500. I called JLK and had them come out and take a look for him. They fixed the issue for less than $100. They aren't out to scam you like some companies. They are trustworthy and they are the only HVAC company I use in the area. I highly recommend using them.

My heater kept turning on, working fine for a week and then would stop working. Called JLK suspecting it was a bad heat exchange. They came out and diagnosed it. Said it was dirty and had some loose wires. He had already tightened the wires and cleaned it at that point. No extra hidden costs. Just a quick, honest. cheap fix! It was refreshing to do business with an honest company! Highly recommend!

This is the best customer service I ever had from a Ac comp. our unit had stopped working and I CALL THE OFFICE AT 5:15 PM thinking I would be leaving a msg to my surprise someone answered and got right on the situation with in 15 minutes had a call back and in less than a hour I had a tyler at my door he got right to the problem fixed it within a half hour. he was very knowledgeable of the problem He saved me a ton of money from one of those BIG SHOT COMPANY yOU KNOW WHO! great service honest people and local company big 10 stars Tom V

This is by far the best customer service and support I've ever had. Professional and friendly staff that try to do whatever they can to give you the best price without compromising service. Text alerts give you a picture and a short bio of who your technician will be with a live tracking map so you know exactly when to expect them. Top notch service! I highly recommend them!
