My wife and I were in search of a new HVAC System. We obtained 6 quotes and Cool Comfort (EASE HVAC) was one company that provided a quote.
Darel came out to provide the free quote. He took the time to walk through the house and understand the layout of the house. I really liked the fact that he took notes and then took the information to plug into a program to obtain the proper tonnage unit for the house. I also liked the fact that he introduced an air purifier that did not put off ozone! Great stuff! Darel was also very informative and provided drawings to help in the understanding of how these newer systems work.

Our Thermostat just randomly cut out on us and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. I gave Mike the owner a call. He had a guy over to my house and had the issue resolved in under an hour after I spoke with him! Now that's service!!

So far I have had great service from Mike. My air went out yesterday I called the number listed for Cool Comfort this morning around 8:15, Mike answered and said he could have someone out today! That is great news since my house got up to 89 degrees yesterday! Very impressed

Just want to say the guys at Cool Comfort saved my day! I knew last night my furnace wasn't working properly and awoke this morning to an electric burning smell. Naturally I freaked. The house was 55.. Seems warm but is frigid for winter. I shut off my furnaces at the fuse box and called a couple companies I've used in the past. One was closed, the other couldn't come till late afternoon. I found Cool Comfort online and I called. I spoke with Reg and he sent Mike out. He was here and done by noon. A reasonable rate, especially for a Sunday and Valentine's Day to boot! You guys are my heroes! Thanks for great service! You've got a regular customer in me!
