Nicole, Eric, and the entire Design Tech team helped make our dream kitchen a reality. Nicole was able to incorporate all of our "wants" into a beautiful, functional space. Every trade that came into our home, was respectful and extremely skilled. The communication was top notch. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our home remodeling needs!

Nicole and the Design Tech team were very helpful and professional. I am a single guy with kids that wanted and place for me and them to be comfortable in and also to add value to my home. They knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Being that I am a guy with no sense of interior decoration skills Nicole really helped me and gave me options to actually pick out something that I really loved. I would of been lost without her! We had Design Tech Remodeling do a master bathroom remodel in 2021. We are very happy with how it turned out. Cristy did the design and helped with selections. She knows what she's doing and had great suggestions that made our bathroom turn out to be something special. Eric oversaw the construction part of it and was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had.
The whole group, including the electrician, plumber, tiler, etc., was professional and would get our input when decisions had to be made about details. We highly recommend Design Tech Remodeling.

The decision to select the of the Design Tech Remodeling team was one of the best I have made and proved right with each interaction I had with Cristy and the rest of the organization. Cristy was able keep our tastes and preferences in mind and was able to steer us in the right direction. The entire first floor remodel resulted in a design, including furniture, that we will be happy with for years. My brother has been over to the house at least a hundred times. Each and every time he comments on how great our home looks.

Design Tech did such a fabulous job remodeling our master bathroom, that we immediately hired them to remodel our full upstairs-hall bathroom and our first-floor powder room. We highly recommend this company on several counts. First, for their expert guidance in selecting all the elements necessary for the job, including flooring, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, counter tops, sinks, toilets, tubs, and more. Next, for the great attention to detail that went along with the selection process; careful measurements of the available space insured that every item ordered fit perfectly. Thirdly, for the skill of each and every individual who came to our home to work on their part of the job - these were all professionals who, in addition to being expert craftsmen, were also a pleasure to know. Finally, we felt the cost was completely reasonable, given the beauty and functionality of each of the three finished bathrooms.

It was a pleasure working with Nicole with Design Tech Remodeling. She is an excellent communicator, which translated into designing the perfect kitchen for our family. We appreciated her well organized and efficient approach. Kurt, Justin, Kevin and Jim are talented tradesmen, and were very respectful and mindful that their workspace was also my home. We always knew what to expect and what our timeline was. Our kitchen was entirely reimagined and it turned out gorgeous.

From the very beginning we felt that they really wanted to work with us, unlike others we contacted that acted like they were doing us a favor. Nicole was a pleasure to work with. Professional and really listened to us. Held our hand through all the decision making! They knew we had a budget that we needed to stick to and they worked to make that happen. All workmen were great and the final project exceeded our expectations. When family and friends have seen the bathroom the common response is OMG this is amazing!

I had used DesignTech in a previous bathroom remodel at my prior residence and therefore expected and again received excellence in every aspect of the work. The firm is family owned and I found everyone involved to have a vested interest in my satisfaction and a high degree of personal accountability. The principals of the firm were directly involved in the entire process and were particularly helpful in the design process and in assisting in choosing fixtures, tile, cabinets, etc.
I always felt a commitment that everything would be done to my complete satisfaction and, indeed, this was the case. Communication was excellent, and I was always apprised of what would be happening next and when. All questions were answered immediately. All workers were extremely courteous and respectful of my property. While full time employees did most of the work, the few subcontractors used were very competent and easy to work with.
All work was performed on time using quality materials and to my complete satisfaction. I consider the cost to have been very competitive. I have already recommended the firm to others and would clearly use them again.

My sister is having her bathroom completely remodeled and this company is doing it. I have been going with her as she meets w/the designers and other companies who will be supplying the materials for the job. These guys have been very professional, accesible when questions come up, open to changes and just overall great to work with. Even though it is not my bathroom being remodeled I really wanted to review these guys as my sister has been so impressed w/the service she has gotten and which I have witnessed.

They were slow getting back to us on the proposal. It also took a long time to get back to us on the modifications we made.

The quality of work that they do is phenomenal. They're extremely professional. They made sure that the floors were kept clean. They put paper down. Basically, they left things where the conditions are better than what they had walked into.

I love my new bathroom everytime I go into it. The job was done to perfection, on time and with extreme professionalism. The main reason I chose Design Tech was Masha Wagner who is committed to providing design consulting to her clients. She helps with the selection of productsand colors to provide a total solution. She does not drop you off at a supplier expecting you to make all the decisions.
They manage their plumbing and electrical contractors and are there to inspect the work. The tile is an artistic work of art. Everyday they put drop cloths from my back door to the second floor and cleaned up every spec of remains in my garage and basement when they were finished. They started and finished the job on schedule which took a total of 4 weeks. I was so pleased with the results, I contracted with Design Tech again to install new replacement windows in my entire house without even going out for additional bids.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Design Tech Remodeling. After 30 years of living in our 60 year old house it was definitely time to upgrade the 1950s kitchen and bathrooms. After receiving three bids, I chose Design Tech Remodeling - Masha had some very creative ideas that the other firms did not. Masha and her team were wonderful to work with and I could not be happier with the results.
I still walk into my kitchen and bathrooms everyday and can't believe they're mine (neither can friends and relatives)! There is not one thing I would change - from the hardware on the beautiful cabinets to the lighting, countertops and flooring - everything is truly stunning. All of the tradespeople were courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Design Tech Remodeling.
