An ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure. The most important step in maintaining a healthy and functional septic tank is regular septic tank pumping and inspection. On average most households should have their systems pumped every 2 to 5 years. How long you wait just depends on your water consumption and the size of your household.
Our drain field installation services are complemented by honesty and dedication to your specific needs. We will always be upfront with you about what needs to be done and what solutions are available to you. This is just one of the reasons why we are able to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and why our clients continue returning to us for help with all of their drain field installation and repair needs.
Here at Clark Septic, we always put our customers first. We believe in providing honest, dependable, and quick service to our neighbors here in the Orlando, FL area. When we perform a septic pumping service for you, we use a pumping truck to ensure your service goes smoothly and is performed without sewage backups or other serious damages.
When we schedule septic tank cleaning, we will come to your property with a pump truck. The suction on this truck helps to remove sludge from the inside of the tank. Septic tanks also have filters that we clean as part of the septic tank cleaning process. Keeping the filter clean ensures that the tank can continue to properly filter solid from liquid waste. If you don’t schedule routine cleaning, the sludge will build up too high and start spilling out into your yard or even into the home.
I just found the gold nugget in Oviedo, Clark Septic services. I called to have my septic pumped. Clark came out early, appt for Friday, they made it out on Tuesday. I had water coming into the shower and had told them when I made the appointment. They checked everything for me and had me come out to look. They explained maintenance and were very respectful of my grass.
I could not have asked for more perfect service and sweet respectful workers. The prices are very affordable, since I had been told by other companies it would be a few hundred more. The owner came by before the workers left and inspected and HELPED the other guys and spoke to me personally. Please if you need septic or drain field inspected or other work, PLEASE call this wonderful company.
Lowes ran over our septic and Clark Septic took care of us. They answered the phone when I called, showed up on time, worked fast, and at the best price I got quoted. Highly recommended!
Rob worked tirelessly to service our septic system. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Clark Septic was professional & courteous from the initial call through the completion of the job. We highly recommend you give them a call if you are in need of septic services.
Always have exceptional service with Clark Septic. They are reliable, efficient, and on time. Frank has integrity and honesty and lets his customers know exactly what has to be done to complete the job. I would recommend this company to everyone! Thanks again Frank and Rob for a job well done!
Frank was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process and systems. Others just said it will cost you $$$ and sign here. The whole process was quick and easy. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.
Contracted Clark Septic for a clean out and inspection prior to buying our home in Winter Springs. My wife and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs honest and fairly priced work. Great Business!
Clark Septic was retained to inspect our septic tank system as part of the due diligence for the buyers of our home. We have a commercial-like system for our residential home. But the inspection obviously entailed more work than could have been anticipated because, for ex., our landscaper had placed plants and river rock over the access cover for the lift station and the access risers for the tanks were located under shrubbery, which had to be removed to perform the inspection.
It required quite a bit of digging, removal and replacement of plant material, shrubbery, and ground cover. The work was performed with care and you can hardly tell they were on the property. We very much appreciate the effort to restore everything to its pre-inspection condition.
I saw them do a neighbor's who has lived in his home since childhood, so I got the number after getting the run around from a few companies. Professional, prompt and excellent service. Highly recommend!
Frank was able to make an appointment that fit our needs, He arrived early and went to work digging to expose the tank. We arrived to find him just getting into digging out what looked like 12 of solid matter on the top. He was professional and personable, he went over info about why the tank was in this condition and explained the options and his recommendations. We were very pleased with him and his work. We do recommend and would call Clark Septic Services again without hesitation.
Clark Septic has helped me maintain my septic system for many years now. They are always quick, courteous, and professional. If you need septic services, I highly recommend contacting Clark Septic Services.
I needed a septic company to an inspection for a client buying home. Clark was available and affordable. They did a great job and provided the soon to be home owner with some great knowledge about owning a septic tank.
Had Clark Septic come out and Andy was the representative. He not only solved my problem with the septic tank pumping but noted that I probably did not need a new drain field as A1 Septic (who came by for estimate) had stated. A1 did not take septic cover off, only made a hole in lid to view. Said needed new drain field and wrote up estimate. Andy noted that the bathrooms did not flush correctly and found a line blockage.
It was professionally fixed at that time. No need to call a plumber. Without their great service, I would have gone ahead and installed a $5000 drain field. Instead I paid $300 for both jobs - a real bargain. Wow HONEST people and great technicians, isn't that a rarity today. Thanks again Clarks Septic for helping a senior citizen rather than taking disadvantage of them. I HIGHLY recommend Clark Septic.
Great company to work with. Very friendly and professional. Called to see if they could come early. Explained what our problems were and didn't try to overcharge us. We will call them the next time we have a problem.
