Neighbors Home Remodeling has taken such good care of us when we had to demolish our kitchen due to a leak and rebuild from scratch. Wally Lewis has guided us through every step and been very transparent and informative. Working with Wally is like a partnership. He returns texts, emails and calls promptly. The team that works with Wally in our home feel like family - wonderfully respectful of our time and personal space, communicative and personable.
We are kept in the loop on every decision and move that is made. Wally has made what can be an extremely stressful and scary time into an exciting joint effort to bring forth the best results. Will use them again for all renovations going forward!

Working with Wally Lewis and Neighbors Home Remodeling has exceeded my expectations in every way. Wally has walked us through every step of our home improvement project and patiently answered what must seem to him like hundreds of questions. Wally and his team have impressed us from the get go. He showed up for our initial meeting on time, which really set the precedence. He offers suggestions but values our taste and wants as well. Wally has shown up to every single appointment we've had- cabinets(multiple!), plumbing, lightings.. etc. We are a few weeks into a kitchen/living space renovation and his team(Rusty and Matthew) have surpassed my expectations. They communicate with us and keep us up to date on progress, and we trust them in our home when we are both working. Wally makes a point to meet with us at least once weekly to review weekly progress, any issues, and the upcoming week's plans. Yes the project will take an extended time, but the point is, they do not cut corners, which is a win in the long run. We are confident we made the right decision on choosing Wally and Neighbors Home Remodeling to renovate. To top it off, Wally and the guys keep me laughing and have great personalities! He also brought us toblerone chocolate for Halloween

This was our first reno project and we had zero experience. Mr. Lewis was always polite, professional, and most of all patient. He would make helpful suggestions that guided us through the process. He would offer thoughts with regards to today's trends but would always be receptive to our choices. We had some unusual design requests but he made everything happen. We are extremely pleased with the timeline, the quality of the work, and attention to detail. We are grateful to Mr. Lewis in every way possible.

Neighbors Home Remodeling designed and finished our basement. The design process was better than we expected and we were able to make changes throughout the design phase. Walter Lewis provided 3D layouts of the space enabling us to easily visualize how the finished product would look. Neighbors Home Remodeling managed the framing and finishing phases of the project very professionally.
They kept us informed on a daily basis. They selected and supervised quality subcontractors who respected our home and property. The work area was cleaned daily and the workers were courteous. Neighbors Home Remodeling provided a detailed budget and schedule up-front and stayed within budget and on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

Neighbors Home Services, Inc. completed an unusual request to transform two bathrooms into a contiguous space that would generally serve as a bath suite unless we have guests. Then, we would simply close a door and still have two complete, usable baths. The work was completed with very few issues, and Neighbors was very straightforward and open about the issues.
I was able to participate in decisions to ensure satisfaction with the design, cost, and finished work. The space is beautiful and extremely functional. The design, as requested, gives the appearance of a single bath suite, but can accommodate guests with appropriate privacy. I would most definitely recommend this contractor to friends.
